I don't see any chance of this being a "real" profile. I can't trace the photos down to a source, but there are a lot of possible reasons for this (heavily cropped, flipped, stolen private pictures that wouldn't show up on a reverse image search). Obviously, her profile is somewhat locked down but based on public posts:

1. The people commenting on her posts don't seem to be real life friends. At all. I don't see anyone who reminisces about things they did in the past, or who lives nearby, or who went to the same school based on the commenters. No family at all to speak of.
2. She's always alone in her pictures, and the pictures are always taken by her.
3. Objectively, she's reasonably attractive. Reasonably attractive girls with real friends get a ton of likes and comments on their profile pic updates.
4. I checked a few sites like Spokeo and couldn't find a Jessica Quinn in Orange VA
5. There's nothing about her in VA's court database for Orange County... sure, tons of people don't show up, but it means she's never even gotten a speeding ticket in her own county.

I have never gotten a speeding ticket either. It isn't that rare.

I think she is a real person, one of those man-fixer types who never met a rabbit hole as deep as Chris before. She has been on Chris's friends list for a while now giving him genuine advice. I see the relationship status as a ploy to let Chris not "appear" lonely online. It's not going to work, but not because everyone can see through her bullshit. Rather, it's because Chris will just make sexual advances at her.
