Because politicians and pedo celebrities have armed guards, and pedos in general usually aren't gathered in the same place in enough numbers to give you a realistic chance at a high score. Other criminals also a chance they're packing. Retail workers and children usually don't have guns on them and are gathered together so you can go for NUMBA WAN HI SCORE

Here's the thing though: you don't have to tell everyone you're gonna commit a crime before, during, or after you do it. You don't have to give the cops a case against you, gift-wrapped and topped with a bow. It's optional. You can make it hard for them to notice that:
  • An incident took place.
  • The incident was harmful.
  • The incident was deliberate.
  • Someone like you was responsible.
  • You, personally, were responsible.
  • The specific ways in which you were responsible.
If you watch true crime shows or read books on the matter, you'll find that you can usually do one major crime and get away with it, so long as you shut the fuck up about it.

99% of crimes are solved because someone talked about it. The less people involved, the harder it gets for the authorities to solve. The Unabomber would never have been caught if he'd had the ability to shut the fuck up.
