I don't think there will be one.
There will undoubtedly be a wave of suicides and lawsuits coming down the line. But, like detransition stories and suicide statistics today, those stories will be swept out of view from the general public. There's a lot of money to be made from transgender patients - funding will continue to pour in, scientific advancements made around surgery, new medication, etc. They'll continue to frame the story positively, they'll continue to dominate any conversation they find themselves in proximity to.
I honestly don't think there's any way back. I don't know what the world will look like after half a dozen decades of this, but my instinct isn't good. The erosion of gender relations since the 60s didn't really play out too well either, I don't know why people would assume this is ever going away.
