What's the last game you had overall enjoyment with?

Mine has to be Barotrauma. The interaction you have with people in keeping a submarine float and not under constant attack of underwater aliens and friendly fire is always entertaining. Especially with the pranks you can do on crewmates. Those who enjoy Space Station 13 would find fun here too.

Armoured core fires of Rubicon. It's so rage inducing at parts it's enjoyable as fuck. Also project wingman with vr

Well.. don't know about enjoyment.. but I tend to go back to PoE on a regular basis. Also looking forward to PoE 2, even though that one isn't out yet. Besides those Nioh 2 is the only one I have gone back to a few times. Haven't really touched a "new" game in years besides those though.

Cepheus Protocol.

It's a tiny indie RTS game on steam that's been being worked on since 2020. Basically there's some zombie outbreak on some island by San Fransisco and you are the brave Fema Soldiers sent in to shoot all of the sick people and evac the uninfected. It starts with only patient zero running around starting to infect people and you go around building checkpoints and shit to slow the spread. The graphics are goofy, the backstory is very cringey, but the game is fun 10/10 would set uninfected rules of engagement to shoot on sight again.

When evacing people you have to make sure they aren't infected through various quarantine measures and generally try to make sure no one sick gets into your safe zones. If you fail infected can get into your aircraft carrier making evac impossible which is a big income stream. Zombies are basically the ones from the prototype series, with giant ones, weird structures made of flesh and other shit.

I’ve been really enjoying Songs of Syx. It’s a wicked autistic city builder / 4X / Battle simulator.
Sseth made a video on it lately, would've waited for a bigger sale or pirated it (fucking gog-games.to is private now, faggot) but as it turns out from a lovely comment in his video, the demo is the full game but one version behind (can't use workshop mods). Wild game so far, fun though,
Cepheus Protocol
That game raped me in the ass, good lord.

Dark souls. I only played it for the first time last year.
Yeah I only played it a few years back and had a good time, until I got to the final boss and still cant beat him since it's such a trek everytime to get there, that I forgot to get gud. Also because I killed all the NPCs for fun so I gimped myself.

I think my my heart says Dead Rising though, anything janky in it just added to the charm.

I was playing Evil Genius 2. It started off okay but then it became a tad repetitive.

So I just returned to Doom and I had a good time again.

Cyberpunk 2077. Legitimately a good game and I’m glad I ignored all of the bad press in the beginning.

The bugs weren't even that bad by game play standards. I beat it on ps4pro despite all the crashes. Playing it on PC feels so much better and I realize how much the console aim assist dragged me through hard parts

I played it on PC about a few months after it came out, maybe a year, I can’t remember. By that point most of the bugs were fixed and the ones that were still present were nothing I wasn’t used to already thanks to New Vegas. The story was so incredible. It’s one of the few games I’ve bothered to 100%.

Funny, I had the opposite experience. Buggy as shit, barren, underbaked, the story was mediocre, gameplay was mediocre and generic.
Anyway, another post, Titanfall 2. Played it for years and I'm still playing it.
