What's the male version of fujoshis?

The male version is basically a fruity man into yaoi. Not sure what the bara version is. Bara is manga about gay men made for gay men. Yaoi is manga about gay men made for straight women.

Odd fact: Mori Ogai's daughter Mori Mari may have created the yaoi genre. Mori Ogai is known for writing a book called Vita Sexualis. It's an erotic novel about a guy that thinks society is too sexual. What a weird family.

There's a tiny niche of women who actually like bara. I'm not sure why. But they do. There's some Zangief fucker on lolcow farm who desperately wants his dick in the husbando thread. But I think both "she" and the Kirby fucker may be troons.

I would argue they really don't exist beyond what @Absolutego said.

There is something about fujoshis that makes them uniquely insane compared to all other forms of shipper.

Think really emasculated dudes who simp over lesbian couples because it's "pure love" and doesn't feature any evil, misogynistic MALES who keep getting the girls IRL despite the poster in question being a heckin' valid male feminist ally who respects stronk empowered womyn.

This, however, does leave out two things I seem to notice.

1) The subspecies of this that's actually into lolicon. Stronk empowered womyn do not come into play there.

2) Many of the quoted individuals troon out.
