What's the rarest game you own?

Be-reave Secondary would most likely be the answer. I don't know how well it sold in Japan, let alone outside of Japan as it was never released outside Japan. Like with most first games from the company, Very little pictures of it could be found on the internet. The game came with a calendar from September 1, 1999 - December 31, 2000 as well as a survey sheet. Although it's pretty obscure it wasn't expensive. It originally sold for 6,800 Yen and I got mine for 1,500 Yen plus the 2,200 Yen Shipping Costs but the listing said there was only one copy left (Still a far cry from the more than 100 dollars my parents had to pay to give me Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem for Christmas which may be the most expensive game I own (update: It's not even close) but has a lot more sales the Be-reave Secondary). The other game Be-reave Primary, I still couldn't find a listing for that game yet (or one I can easily obtain). As for Be-reave Secondary, I may be one of the very last people to buy it and own it.

I have a copy of Queen: The eYe, which I'd say is pretty rare since A) it wasn't very good, poorly marketed and hardly anyone has even heard of it, and B) it has never been re-released in any way, not even digitally.
As for other stuff, hmm, maybe Solatorobo: Red the Hunter on DS.

fire emblem fates special edition
heart gold with the poke walker
majoras mask + the red shit in the n64
the last story, pandoras tower + xenoblade on wii
zac and wiki
ton of n64 games
ton of snes games
pokemon blue,red and yellow

Technically it's probably Scott Pilgrim vs the World on switch since it's Limited Run trash, but really, it's Popful Mail. Also got decent looking complete copies of Lufia II and Secret of Mana, Dungeon Explorer II and Dragon Slayer: The Legend of Heroes for the Turbo Duo, and a few obscure games like Summon Night Swordcraft Story 2, Drill Dozer, and Persona 2 Innocent Sin.

I have Chibi-Robo on the Gamecube but I didn't even realize it was a sought-after game until last year when I saw a Youtube video with someone finding it at a thrift store.
Its actually not rare at all and worth practically nothing. As a matter of fact, as a favor, I'd be willing to take it off your hands in exchange for five dollars. Thats a lot more than Gamestop would give you back in the day- I don't even think they'd take it now.

I googled Chibi Robo and I bought it for around 30-40$ few years ago. I am too scared to look at Gamecube game values as I kept and collected them. I managed to get Go Go Hypergrind for $10 before it jump 10X its value.

Go on, look, see your assets increase.

I just updated my own game value spreadsheets after not looking at them (or buying any new games) in four/five years. My NES/SNES/N64 games increased in value from 15,800 to 39,800. Really makes me wish I was more into GCN back in the day.

Speaking of which, I just valued my shitty Wii collection. My most expensive "purchase" at 59.99 is my boxed Wii disc cleaner, which I got from dumpster diving a Gamestop.

I'm pa-thet-ic.

I own the Switch limited edition of Shantae and the Pirate's Curse by Limited Run Games if that counts. Sold out in 6 minutes.

Other than that, I'm not sure. I own this really bizarre EU-exclusive Limited Edition of Persona 4 Arena for the PS3. Comes in a yellow-black outer box with Labrys facing Shadow Labrys. Includes a jigsaw puzzle and the badges Chie Satonaka wears on her jacket in the games. 100% official but I've seen maybe two or three online listings for it in the 8-ish years I've owned it.

EDIT: Taking another look at my collection, I realised I own Etrian Odyssey III: The Drowned City for Nintendo DS. Imported from the US, as it wasn't released here.

I own Volvo: Drive For Life, a free game for the original Xbox that was given away to kids who visited Volvo dealers.
I miss the days that they would offer promo games at places. I remember the Burger King Xbox games.

Speaking of which, I revealed my rarest game on here long ago (its a rare Atari computer release) but my most expensive game as of me looking it up this week is a sealed Pokemon Yellow at nearly 1400 dollars. I think I might have paid between 2 and 3 hundred for it five or six years ago, a winner is me.
