What's the worst degree you can get?

I really wouldn't hold up Evergreen as indicative of mainstream academia. That place has been advanced retarded since the early 1990s. It's foundational to their shtick and that's part of why Republicans in the state legislature keep trying to axe its funding, specifically.
Right, but that aside, there is a large general education requirement for all students which includes globohomo far leftist indoctrination courses in courses as low as English Comp 101.

Philosophy. This isn't ancient Greece so no one is going to pay you money to sodomize their kid and spew Jordan Peterson word salad.

A lot of arts programs fall into this area. Traditionally there's something to be said for learning soft foo-foo shit like poetry and mythology, niche history, Homer and Shakespeare, the Western canon and tradition, the associated languages of visual art, all that sort of stuff toward being a well-rounded and generally-educated person.

Unfortunately to try to learn any of that in a university today means facing a minefield of genderspecial ideology and hyperracialist hysteria. Sad times.

Art schools are useful for getting connections. Not for introverts tho but useful for social butterflies.
I think the worst degree is philosophy, I seriously can't think of any field for that, meaning you can't even get connections. Even gender studies is better than that.

Look at all the connections he made!

There's some 'bait' colleges that sound good but aren't:
* Tourism: nobody will hire you as a trip manager with just a college degree. There's a lot of money in tourism, but you can't get into it with a college
* Logistics: you gimp yourself. You are overqualufied for basic work, and nobody will hire you to work without work experience.
* Sports anything, if you're not doing the sport, then what's the point?
