Whats with the dream obsession?

kind of zoomer version of boogie, is fat and has tens of millions of subs and the largest speed runner on youtube possibly ever.

Also Dream has an extremely weird fan base that want to turn him into a chair, cut him up etc...
A big thing is that he didnt reveal his face/identity, and his fans kinda idolized him as a skinny dude, but he turns out to be fat.

Autism.

Minecraft is like catnip to autists (motherfuckers playing with digital legos). And Dream is like the tard wrangler of the entire community. Is no surprise autistics got an obsession with a spedrunner who is such a fuck up he had to cheat on a kids video game.

Kids. All Kids. I asked my kid who dream is and he said "He's a dude who does a whole bunch of parkour and one time he actually crossed a big lava pool with boats. He does a whole bunch of minecraft man hunts and usually wins." I asked him if he liked Dream. He was back to watching Gintama on his pc. He nodded yes. I asked him what he would think if dream was a fatass. He asked me to repeat because he had headphones on. He replied "Then he would be a fatass." At least I raised sensible children. I already knew he knew who Dream is because I monitor my children's activity. It's literal children who weren't raised right who are reacting to the drama being stirred.

I just hate seeing the shit his fanbase spews on the internet. I don't even watch/care for him. I would just love to see his fanbase suffer

You're doing well. one of the worst things in my view nowadays is how parents simply let some dickheads who make crappy videos basically raise their kids for them instead of doing any actual parenting. And, considering how shitty youtube is with ads and all...

I'll admit to not being the best parent. I still monitor them and call them out on some bullshit they heard on a video. Spank that fucking ass when they need it too.

Because Minecraft and children love Minecraft and Minecraft related things. If you had kids or siblings you'd know that their life revolves around Minecraft and Minecraft videos with Minecraft celebrities and Minecraft related threads even on non-Minecraft related websites.

That's it? I mean, Boogie created this persona of "Mr Rogers of the Internet", but then slowly got caught up in his own lies about his abuse, going from "just physical" to "getting sexually abused by every member of a family". Then he turned out to be passive-aggressive abuser and got into a ton of interactions with trolls, which made him lie even more. It all resulted in him shooting a gun towards Kennedy a school or a church, I don't fucking know.

And that Dream guy just faked some gay speedrun and is fat? You were spot on with calling it "zoomer version". I thought he at least got caught acting weird towards his underage fans, he is a youtuber after all.

Minecraft stuff has wide appeal to kids and young teenagers, who tend to be obsessive and idolize people. Teenagers have always obsessed over bands and actors and shit like that, worshipping an idolized version of famous people, I don't see how it's any different from that.

I think people just hate him mainly for his obsessive fanbase, and because he lies about stuff on Twitter. It's not really a unique thing.
