Reign: The Conqueror. The character is a friend of Alexander who goes by the name of Haphaestion. The avatar is just him looking back at Alexander with a smile to let him know that he dies for his king after getting struck by a sword mean't for Alexander.

If you look carefully, you'll notice that the eyes are emitting a dim red light. I think I got the idea for the spooky kiwi's color scheme mostly from those shadow enemies in Golden Sun: Dark Dawn.
