As for the one I'm currently testing out, James Avery (Uncle Phil) also voiced Master Shredder in the 87 turtles cartoon. In this particular scene, for reasons I'm not :autism: enough to remember, Shredder thinks he's Michelangelo and is acting accordingly.

A creepy stop motion Hispanic monkey puppet from an old video from the 1930's based on a Cuban song about peanut vendors. The video is really creepy because the guy making it obviously had to make it with very specific proportions so it would be easy to manipulate, but as a result it's very long and thin and its movements are extremely unsettling. It's actually a pretty neat little video to watch, but the puppet is just so unsettling to look at.
