Super Friends as King of the Hill characters. Or King of the Hill as Super Friends. The first option is funny. The second option is scary and their universe would perish.

looks like hes holding the axe the wrong way... minimal heebies from a killer that cant hold a weapon properly but decent jeebies for sneaking up on an old woman.

Character from a visual novel, Dies Irae.
Kid gets prostituted by his parents during the interwar economic crisis in Germany. Gets one of his eyes ruined by his mother out of jealousy, then has his dick cut off and raped by his father. Kills both of them in his teens and starts a murder spree. Captured by the Gestapo and recruited. Becomes a member of an order of SS officers dabbling in the occult and secretly manipulated by the Eternal Jew. Becomes a demigod and thinks he is immortal because he only has a hole where he is supposed to have genitals. Also wants to be a girl as the icing on the loony cake.
 
It's a picture of Jan Hus being burned at the stake from the Spiezer chronicle... figured it was appropriate for Halloween
