What's Your Catchphrase? - What's your catchphrase

They say everyone needs a catchphrase, so from now on my catchphrase is going to be, “Catch me if you can.” You should not, in fact, try to catch me, because I am not going anywhere. I’ll be giving some interviews and doing some stuff, and you can see them on the Facebook page, on my website.

What I’m going to do is make sure that people who like me on Facebook, or follow me on Twitter, or subscribe to my newsletter, will get something special, either about an interview, or I’m going to do some other kind of promotion for the book, and if you want to be notified, you can go to the e-mail address that you’ve signed up with, or you can go to my website and sign up for the newsletter, which is going to be a lot more fun.

Closest thing to a catchphrase I've ever had is occasional brief pained/shocked brief screams or groans. It's been like that all my life when a certain pain or shock type is hit. not like loud "AAAA OOOUGH OUUGH SO CARY !WAAAA!!" clickbait scream kinda shit it's like just "ACK" or "AGH" or "AH" more or less.

Within the last few years though I've developed a few unintentional catchphrases other people have noticed and made me aware of like how much I end up saying "I just realized something" because I'm constantly thinking about dumbass shit.
