In a matter of speaking. Yet if you got real fucking metaphysical about it, time is not linear and all potential (you)'s are occuring simultaneously. You would really be a frog at the same time in a way as you'd be human. Albeit your perception focus is from the human perspective right now as you read this. It's really just weird.

If reincarnation is valid, you are technically a spiritual entity with perhaps no set form before you are identified with a disposable vessel.
