What's your method for getting back in the game when you've all but given up on life?

There's a hilarious theory out there that any break in consciousness effectively constitutes death, meaning that every time you go to sleep you effectively die and when you wake up next you're technically a new person, just with the body and memories of the previous one.

Go to bed.
 
What do I do? I pick myself up off the floor and move on. As I get older it gets harder and harder to do it each time but the choice is either to get back up or stay down and if I stay down then that’s the end of me. I’ve got kids that would miss me dearly, I get back up for them.

Special Needs Center, then go to the playground and stand in the bushes.
 
Go for a walk. Sounds stupid but it does help.

You could also smoke some meth and go ham on cleaning your place. It's effective advice, but probably wouldn't be considered good advice.
