I'm inclined to agree. He is pretty skinny, but his skin is clear and looks healthy, his hair (although greasy) isn't thinning, and his movements are smooth. Most/all vegans tend to end up looking like they're in various stages of anorexia. Dry, wrinkled skin, thinning hair, and slow, careful movements because if they move too fast they'll hit something accidentally and end up with bruises the size of fists. The thing is that with any online vegan, Poe's Law kicks in. I've never seen one that isn't their own parody.
Great, now I want pizza for dinner. There goes the healthy eating resolve.

What really got me was how he picks at and inspects such a tiny little fleck of cheese particle, much like a small child would inspect a tiny microbe of Unidentified Green Thing before refusing to eat another bite.

Yeh, I can't see why any contentious vegan would buy food from a place that makes most of their sales from animal products. The vast majority of the time vegans put on a show proclaiming that eating from restaurants like that is giving money the enemy and/or contamination from using the same equipment to make both vegan and non vegan food.
I think this is a troll. And a pretty lukewarm one at that.

Yeah, he is taking way too much delight in the fallout from his pizza video. Wouldn't be surprised if he was the one who posted that video to reddit himself just because he knew it would cause a shitstorm. For all we know this guy isn't even actually a vegan, the Internet is just that kind of place.
Yeah, I would go for shitstirrer. People really really fucking hate vegans, there's a niche for hateable vegan videos. However I've been wrong a few times recently.
