Last weakened was awful. was sick with a sore throat and stayed almost for 40 hours because i could not sleep during Saturday (never mix coffee and nicotine pooches ever again). Hardly got any sleep on Sunday because the sore throat.

Been going to bed 10:30ish more recently but on average I can stay up at 11pm towards midnight. I try not to stay up at silly hours; my teenage years are long behind me.

Sometimes it takes longer to get to sleep thanks to my stupid bladder telling me it needs to empty despite only having a few drops in it. Torment.

Whenever I feel sleepy, that can be any time from ~9pm to ~5am

Right fucking now. It's 930. I feel like a kid.

But, I recently started tracking it properly, got a 30 day trial in some app and apparently I'm getting maybe 5 hours a night.

I've some health goals in pursuing between now and Christmas so fuck it, gonna try sleeping more

3 am during the work week. Sometimes later depending on if I'm using. My weekends I'll sometimes stay up an entire day and crash the next day in the afternoon when the using stops.

About 4AM in my timezone (the same as Null's one when he was or still is, dunno, in Serbia), that happens to be the time when KF comes to life. By the time I wake up and wait for my coffee to cool down, it's dead again.

It varies wildly for me. I've been a night owl since I was a kid. I usually try to get in bed around 2-3am but actually getting to sleep is another story. I could be out in 15 minutes or it could be 3 hours.
Regardless of that I make it a point to be up and out of bed at 11am.
I uses to be much worse. Worked graveyard shift at a casino for 5 years and some change. I didn't wake up until 5pm and legitimately didn't see the sun most days. Didn't see it at all during the fall and winter months.
I miss 24/7 businesses more than ya'll will ever know.

I work overnights so between 10am and noon. Been doing this over 10 years now and still haven't gotten 100% used to it, lol.

I used to have a swing shift where it was 3 afternoons and 2 midnights. The midnights during the summer were brutal. Getting home at 7am and trying to sleep while people are mowing their lawns and the asshole birds never shutting the fuck up. I couldn't stand it.

I work 3 nights a week, 4p to 4a. My 4 days off, I roll my sleep schedule to be up when my family is up.

3 days on: sleep from 6a to 12p
1st day off: sleep from 6a to 11a, then back to bed by 12a-1a, whenever I am done with the gym/run
2nd day off: up by 7a-8a, back to bed by 10p-11p
3rd day off: same as above
4th day off: up by 7a, take a nap when my son naps around noon, in bed by 4a the next morning so I'm not dying at work the next night.

I've been working night shift for years and I don't like it and would rather work days. My last job's schedule was all over the place though (I would regularly get emails saying that I had to come in 8 hours after my shift for another 12 hours to cover for someone else and would often work 10-15 days in a row) so I am thankful that I don't have to deal with that anymore.
