Edit: I'm aware there will always be mentally ill delusional people. I'm asking when it will fade into obscurity and unpopularity again and when the media/professionals will stop pushing it.

Genuinely, how will this end and when?
It's not something that can just be easily legislated away, because the left seems to be willing to die on the tranny hill, and I think there's society has shifted too much in favor of "live and let live" and supporting the worst depths of degeneracy. "Sex-positivity" kink polyamory shit has got to go since it's at the core of tranny ideology, but porn bans don't work because you can get around them with a VPN. So, how do we stop it?

Will it finally end when all the trannies just die off as the result of health complications, especially since most of them aren't reproducing?

it wont ever completely end sadly there will always be deranged people out there but i predict it'll become pretty rare in 20-30 years to see a troon out in the wild with alot detransitioning or committing suicide and a lot keeping it underground outta public view

It may slowly start to walk back when the number of detransitioners outnumber the number of 'trans' people, when enough people notice the discrepancy between the two they might start to question things. Right now there are a lot of normies on TikTok learning what Transmaxxing is from the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
 
I don't see it ending in a bang sort of way. While I don't live anywhere you see troons 24/7 since they tend to move to places like Portland, NYC, Boston, Chicago, I do also agree that they will become rarer to see. There will be a bunch of suicides, but they won't be notable. It'll be like a "Do you remember this crazy troon? He killed himself." sort of thing instead of a shocking moment. They will be in their little online worlds more often than usual, you won't see celebrities endorsing them as much as they used to besides strange ones. And hopefully the grooming slows down, and discord gets investigated.

Due to the pendulum shifting, it will become one of those things that will not be tolerated in public spaces anymore unless you're somewhere like Portland or Seattle. Pride will also become a thing only in big cities. We already see companies drop the rainbow and more backlash from almost everyone, and others being honest enough that they dislike pride instead of quietly agreeing like they used to. Kids shows won't mention it anymore, and the ones who do will be quickly shunned.
 
In societies packed with hormone distrusting chemicals awash, expect more as time goes on; not less. Anyone who thinks being a tranny is a choice is mad - you have to have a fucked up brain to want to be that; and the fucked up brain came before the decision.

Sure; prevention of hormone treatments for younger people will stem the tide a little; but those kids had fucked up brains in the first place to even contemplate the option.

The medical/science establishment has to crush it beyond all recognition, like lobotomies or other discredited practices, or it could come back. If you rely on right-wing politicians to throw roadblocks at it, they will just get reversed later.

A lot of it is transtrenderism, so as the fad dies, only the most hard-core eunuchs will remain steadfast. There is supposedly around a 7 year onset for trans regret, and certainly more suffering experienced as they get older. So you could look at the peak and predict when they will go ballistic. Seems to be about now.
 
The best hope is that this goes back to pre-2000’s levels, there was an estimate that it was a 1:2000 thing, a rare physiological deviation that is only treated under the special circumstance that the individual can actually assimilate into their gender role. There’d be bath tub hrt, but that would be a hold over and mostly used by prostitutes and not in the hands of politically radicalized autists.

The trend has to die, but I don’t think it will happen by banning it, when has that made anything seem less cool and edgy? Detransitioner stories, malpractice lawsuits and botched surgeries, post transition suicides, when the actual downsides are brought to light and can’t be blamed on public acceptance, then it won’t be cool and the next man made horror will show it’s head.
 
The troons will be denied their great Holocaust and there will be no mass tranny death. They will more than likely lash out and shoot more schools and churches up in the coming months and into 2026, blaming the white man for their imagined oppression. They are mad right now the government isn't rounding them up in camps or executing gay bars with impunity. They are slowly coming to the grim realization that the world has a different way to deal with them that doesn't involve bloodshed.

No more educational opportunities. No more high positions in companies. No more influence in any workspaces.

In the end I see a lot of them giving up on life. They might go down in a retarded blaze of glory or get imprisoned trying to imitate their idol Robinson. Others that are too far gone and too depressed will sadly kill themselves in quiet. You should hate troons more knowing this is what they do to people they indoctrinate. And others? I think will cope and live out their lives in bitterness. A fate worse than genocide in my opinion. Total erasure and for the best.

Well & truly, probably never. Weirdos have existed since the beginning of time and will continue to. There will always be an at least double-digit amount of true believers in the movement. The end I think will come with proper treatment for gender dysphoria. A mixture of anti-meds and therapy that will make transitioning look like an outdated barbaric option.

I don't think it's gonna "end" cause it's not really new.
There's been examples since friggin Caligula. Maybe even further back if you count African tribes that cross dress for rituals and weird folklore in some regions.
From a malthusian perspective, we have reached the point where various groups are deemed worthless for sexual selection, this happens when resources are enough to make the need for survival trivial.

I suppose the modern version we known might come to an end if a giant apocalypse happens and humanity is reduced to the stone age. Cause no one has time to question they gender when they're battling the other tribe for fire and women.

As it is now though, there's always going to be people you don't like, coping that they'll magically go away is unhealthy.
 
It will end the same way the pandemic lock downs did with most people including ones who were full supporters trying to memory hole it or both sides the era.
