When Was The Best Time To Live In History? - And if you had a time machine, when would you live?

What is the Franco-Prussian war, the Italian war of independence, the wars of the prussians against the danes and the austrians.
You forgot the biggest one, the Crimean War.
But it's all relative, the European conflicts of the 19th century are friendly squabbles compared to dodging the French Revolutionary Wars/Seven Years War/Austrian-Spanish succession on one end, and the World Wars on the other.
Not really, being a native in the Americas would suck much more
It would suck to be caught in the epidemics, but any point before or after could be okay, you could always learn English and Jesus and join the hwhite man as a token Indian.
But yeah, Europe always had constant wars aside from three short periods in history, Roman, British and American domination.

2004-2007.
1946 to 2001
the second half of the 20th century
mid to late 1990's
1980s music
or maybe the late 1990s, just like Matrix told us.
The Eighties, starting on exactly January 20, 1981.
The First World of late 20th century seems best. And also the '00s too? After all the brutality, poverty, and tyranny of the past... yet before the insanity of Clown World.

the media triese and gaslights us into believing the 1950s were an era where evil straight Christian white men brutally oppressed women, children, minorities, gays, and communists just for kicks
SJWs want to "gaslight" everyone to think it's still like the 1950s -- or earlier -- with how "marginalized groups" are treated. But only when convenient to The Narrative™.

And one thing I would hate about the 1950s is how easy it was to be beaten as a form of "discipline" then. But at least there was optimism for the future, and no "woke" BS.
