Coming out of the bathroom at Middle School after hiding out during class. Was about 3 weeks in, too.

I was hanging out with some of my Jewish friends when we saw the planes hit the towers. For some reason they got out of their van and started dancing. It was really weird.

Passed out. I'd done AMT for the first (and last) time the night before and slept in until like 2pm. I'm still not 100% sure that the last 20 years aren't just one bad trip that will eventually end with me being back in 2001...

At work. My college cancelled classes for a few days afterwards.

Having fun watching it. First time I saw such cool thing happening. I'm actually disappointed nothing more like that happened.

Do you think we have a chance for more spectacles like that?

I was hungover at my friends place in Brooklyn. My mom called me when the first plane hit and tbh my first though was "Well I was gonna skip class anyway, atleast now I have a good excuse"

I'm a little drunk so I'll overshare, but we went on the roof to watch what was happening and even though I am an anxious and panicky person I didn't feel scared, it felt kind of exciting? It wasn't until a week or two that it really hit me how upsetting it was, like I was in some kind of fugue state.
