When will there be a class action suit over circumcision? - And what is needed to make it happen?

There's a big incentive for a lawyer that could pull this off as it would open the door to a lot of further cases or if class action could be big.
You'd never pull it off because every lawyer and judge involved would be Jewish, they stack the deck to push the laws they want.
Ironically, this is the biggest reason why we don't see laws explicitly outlawing circumcision. Even when right, lolcows of the anti-circumcision opinion always go full-retard and sabotage the rest of the movement. You think they'd restrain themselves long enough to help kids. Guess they don't care.
It's just normal well poisoning. Push lolcows to keep normal people away from the idea.

Very rarely I see people opposing it publicly that are actually parents. And in their cases they don't have their children go through it, which is really the most one can do about it.

I disagree. Circumcision made no difference for me, but that's not the case for men like Null. If there's nothing wrong with a part of a baby's body then it ought to be left alone. Procedures that risk even a slight chance of life-long harm while carrying little benefit shouldn't be performed, let alone on infants. Don't let well-poisoning idiots like BoneJones or TheNoseKnows lead you to thinking everyone here hates circumcision just because they hate Jews. I don't. I do hate dishonesty and right now you are not being fully honest.
The problem with this is where do you draw the line with "slight chance of life-long harm while carrying little benefit"? Time and time again we see government overreach into controlling children, you can bet someone will argue that having parents homeschool their children falls under that umbrella.

If parents decide to not have their children undergo circumcision it's their full right. Trying to make it illegal through the courts is both draconian and short sighted in the extreme.

Also I don't get how people don't know that Islam also has circumcision only in the age of 13 (which probably still makes it the parents decision).

It isn't really the most you can do. You can outlaw it, and punish Doctor's who practice it.

You draw the line at unneccessary elective surgery. For example, parents shouldn't be allowed to permit piercing artists to put piercings in their childrens' faces (I don't mean ears and noses), because there is a not-insignificant chance of facial paralysis.

That's already being argued and outlawing un-necessary, freuently harmful (even if only marginally so), elective surgery on a childs genitals, isn't really going to strengthen the arguments for forced vaccinations and state education.

This is hyperbolic and hysterical; especially considering that the dam has already broken with regard to legislating from the bench. I'll concede though that this should be outlawed through legislation, unfortunately our politicians care more about the tribe and their money than American children.

Speaking of which...

Yet another victim of the judeo-american-complex.

What countries still cover elective circumcision? Does health insurance in the US cover it? I know in Canada it used to be covered and was more or less encouraged.

It's just gay wedding all over again. You know you can't get it passed through public opinion so you act like a bitch and try to make it illegal through the courts instead. It's what comes again and again with the right wing on the internet, you can't convince people to do something so you go mask off that it should be banned, justifying everyone who didn't buy your bullshit.

And like gay wedding, the slippery slope is real and no amount of "it's just two men kissing" will cover that.

Plus edgy memes aside, you are fucking over Jews and Muslims who are required by their faith to practice circumcision. Maybe it's a plus for you who knows.

A middle ground would be ideal. Make it heavily, and I mean heavily, discouraged unless your religion makes it mandatory. Would help the average joe that is misinformed and believes this practice is helpful instead of what it really is, worse than useless. The religious folk would still get the right to follow their beliefs.

Mandating hospitals to explain on the chances of botched operations, long term side effects and validity of the results is what should be done in any kind of surgery. If this isn't done then it needs to be amended. Actively trying to fight it is just being over aggressive to the point that you aren't taken seriously.

Also in my experience it's usually the mother who's against it and the father is for.

Muslims also circumcise. And their copey BS defending the practice is the same as when Christians do it. "cuz reasons"

The people in here defending it are either trolls or jews themselves. Or both, mockery is a disarming tactic.

During the wave of red states banning troon ops on minors, most were halted before final passage to make small modifications.

Want to guess what those changes were?

This is what really pisses me off. The anti-cut crowds moaning about their dick, I'm referring to the people on the restoring subreddits, and complaining about jews turns people off. The average person is going to dismiss ani-cut people as loser antisemites instead of focusing on the message, stop cutting up children.
On a positive note, circ rates across the US and other countries that practice this for non religious reasons(South Korea, Australia, UK, etc) is going down. With people becoming more and more aware of the effects. I can see this dying down significantly in the next couple of generations.

The UK wont fund it in the National Health Service and I think most other European countries are the same for their health services. In the USA Medicaid has certainly covered it because one of the lawsuits I reference in my opening post is someone attempting to get past the refusal to acknowledge it as harmful by attacking it on the basis that Medicaid is forbidden by state law from funding unnecessary medical procedures. They made progress by this method but I'm not sure how the case has progressed since then. For US health insurance, I am informed that infant circumcisions are widely covered by health insurance. Again, I imagine the Jewish lobby, ADL et al. would raise a fuss at attempting to withdraw that.

US health insurance probably covers it if it's not elective but because of a diagnosed medical reason like phimosis. But even that is typically a symptom of something else like Type II Diabetes and treatable in other ways.

If this procedure was done to an otherwise healthy infant in the name of quite literally anything other than your faith, anything at all, it would not be tolerated. That should say quite a lot.

Actually if only Muslims did it, it would have been banned long ago like female circumcision is. Public opinion wrongfully believes female cutting is an Islamic practice and is widely practiced in all Muslim countries. When in fact is it male circumcision that it widely practiced.

Male genital mutilation is kept in a different section of the public mind for a reason. It remains one of the best examples of the skill the jew wields in carefully crafting his propaganda.

I can see this dying down significantly in the next couple of generations.

It was fired up in less than one generation around WW2. Prior to that it wasn't popular in the United States.

An infant isn't a jew or a muslim. Nor, really, is a 12 year old. They're still forming and learning. An adult can be a Jew or a Muslim. A requirement to do this because of your faith isn't a right to do it on someone else.

Muslims could wait until they're 18 if they want and still be compatible with their faith. Jewish law as I understand it exiles someone from the community if not done at 8 days old. In either case, though, doing it to an infant isn't the infant's faith, it's someone practicing their faith on someone else which is the point.

It's not a valid argument.

You misunderstand me. I'm not picking out only the Jews with this. All faiths.

It is today only the Abrahamic ones thay do this, and that's the only reason it is tolerated. If it was only the odd isolated tribe, they wouldn't get away with it either. They get a pass because of the prestige it holds in the Abrahamic tradition.

The magic books tell us to kill unbelievers, and for the most part most of the faithful have stopped doing that.

The magic books also tell us those who wear clothing of two different fibres are evil. Sadly, we have yet to deal with the fast fashion industry.

The magic books tell us to do a lot of shit even believers accept is not okay. But mutilating kids junk is okay because...???

I'm glad believers cherrypick teachings, because fuck knows the world would be even more messed up if they didn't. Of the ones they do stick rigidly to...Why did it have to be touching kids junk?

Of all the things an omnipotent creator could do to highlight his chosen few, he chose...That.

And they call people like me depraved.

God would never advocate this. Its likely BS added in by some sneaky merchants to sow confusion. Its not even mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible which is what all the Christians claim to follow.

One of the core tenets of Abrahamic religions is Gods creation (Man) is perfect and should be used a temple to worship Him. Therefore mutilating or marring it (piercings, tattoos, etc) are an offense to His creation.

The very idea of mutilating genitals flies in the face of that core tenet.

That's a very spicy argument befitting an atheist. It's kind of demanding the question of shouldn't we then forbid children from participating in any religious activity until the age of 18. After all, children are still forming. An adult can be a Christian.
