Where to live? - (if you are white)

The North Country Trail has plenty of off grid areas with access to towns, if the zombies are coming. This is the "Where to live in case of zombie apocalypse" thread, right?

Fair warning, PG has the highest crime rate in all of British Columbia. I personally moved away to SK myself(One of the smaller towns outside of Regina) and I've enjoyed my decision immensely.
It's higher than a lot, but not the highest, apparently Chilliwack and Kamloops beat it out https://604now.com/bc-cities-canada-most-dangerous-places-2024/

That crime is mostly coming from chugs hanging around the downtown core of Prince George and causing problems. I'd be living probably 40 mins outside of the city. Only going into town to work (possibly) and to get supplies, but even still, rural crime exists for sure, good to have a good rifle and a good shovel :) And congrats on moving to Sask, solid choice if you're cool with the cold and the flatness. One of the few places left that is actually affordable, although I'm sure that's changing every year.

What about White Rock/Surrey Area?
Sadly both are pretty screwed, and like everywhere in the lower mainland, completely unaffordable. Maybe some small areas are okay, but Surrey is heavily Jeeted, White Rock used to be good from what I hear, but it's getting pretty bad, this guy actually just made a documentary 2 months ago all about the unfortunate changes to White Rock over the years, same old story, super high housing costs, large influx of non white immigration, homelessness and drug addicts, etc. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5YhxZ9gsM4Y

Personally, I'm finding the rural parts Louisiana/Mississippi/Alabama extremely pleasant. (Keeping vague to not PL too much) I think a lot of people fail to understand just how depopulated these states really are.

The black presence is pretty high, but frankly I'll take a black american over a demon worshipping pajeet any day of the month. Even if most of the steriotypes are unfortunately spot on, you do find exceptions.

The biggest advantage is the cost of land, and general conditions for farming and gardening. I paid about 1.5k an acre for the 30 acres of overgrown farmland I bought.

Really sad. Guess if your still looking on the coast I’d say the Semiahmoo Reservation alots houses to whites but at that point why not live in Washington State

What are people's thoughts on Ohio? I've had bad experiences with the Columbus area but the greater Cincinatti area (incl. Butler County) is pretty wholesome and Cleveland shockingly wasn't as bad as I imagined it could be. Haven't been directly in the other lake towns and the boonies though.

My name is A Sentient Cloud, and I am here to stan for Northern Central Michigan.

It's big, open, and sparsely populated. Decent housing stock that's competitively priced. (A lot of the housing on the coasts is taken up by vacation properties, but once you get more than a half-mile inland it's mostly year-round residents.) Roads are well maintained. Towns are small and many still have a quaint, charming feel. Low property taxes. Strong local agriculture scene. Needs people (extremely aging population). Very little crime. Population is mostly white with a sprinkling of East Asians. Lots of churches if you care about that, but I'd say it's generally a soft libertarian, live-and-let-live feel. Voting patterns are solid red. Everyone owns guns. Lake Huron tends keeps the winters pretty mild-ish for the Upper Midwest (though there are occasional deep freezes) and it's flat as a pancake here so plowing is easy. Hunting culture is huge. Access to fantastic outdoor recreation and state parks.

You can probably find land cheap in the Amish areas between Columbus and Cleveland. The farmland areas are pretty, I was impressed when I drove by a few years ago. The only issue is work. Better know a useful trade to live in those areas unless you can telecommute.

Too close to detroit.

I will double post because Coeur d'Alene is a meme hideaway.
CDA proper is a retirement home for geriatric baby boomer fucks and Calilocusts with a cost of living far exceeding that of Boise.

Almost all jobs are seasonal, and unless you have something lined up or have money already, it's not a good place to move to.

Boise is a far better option. It's Salt Lake City 2.0, and unlike most metros the economy there is growing. If you stay at a hotel there you will find a copy of the Book of Mormon in your bedside table lol.

White, low crime, good economy. It is just still very expensive. If you want to pay less than $2000 for rent you are going to have to put up with a daily commute. The roads in Idaho also fucking suck dick and I don't really want to imagine what they are like in the winter.

y. If anyone else is interested in here be forewarned that this is the OG Neo Nazi hotbed and is still the launch pad for a bunch of other "patriotic societies" so if your fine being shoulder to shoulder with closet skinheads but in a gorgeous setting i'd go there
Yep! If you are a nigger, bean creature, curryshitter, and or other brown shitskin mongrel half-ape, please do yourself a favor and fuck off. Preferably take you and as many others you can fit into a minivan and drive high speed into a concrete barrier. It will save on rope. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

What is life like in Sask. I might be moving there soon for work.
Regina and Saskatoon are the only major cities in the province, so if you can handle that life it's not too bad I guess. Regina's basically just Vancouver but smaller and colder - Even the same junkie spots, but instead of fent it's meth. I opted personally for a medium-sized(by Sask standards) town about the size of Weyburn or Moose Jaw, because rent and the unwashed brown hordes are manageable in those places and you don't have to drive 2 hours for groceries. Beyond that, you have your 30-something people towns like Wilcox or Craik, which I'm sure are fine if you like the small small town life.
If your work is in Regina, I'd encourage looking into Craven; It's the most scenic part of the province about an hour's drive from Regina, although I've only been through at night myself. Apart from the fact that for 4 months it can go to -40 and the homeless people are apex predator hobos who can survive in -30 Celcius with nothing other than a t-shirt and a blanket draped over their shoulders, it's a decent enough province to live. Especially if you(like yours truly) are a terminally online introvert who just wants a quiet hobbit hole to live in.
Politically most people around lean right, with a large amount leaning libertarian. We have the smattering of Indians but they're mostly relegated to fast food and Tim Horton's(McDonalds is still controlled by the Filipino Mafia in SK, so you typically don't get a fucked up order), although my industry is very prone to being ferried around by Indian drivers who think it's smart to pass a semi at 2 AM on a single-lane highway. Unless you happen to be working for the supply chain, I doubt you'll have this issue.

Live in rural parts of the Balkans: Gun ownership, white, no gayness, most town rapists are now in their 60s or 70s, internet isn't that bad, very cheap land/houses and goods, visas are basically not needed, give the border agents 50 bucks and they let you through to fly out of another country.

+1. There are vast swaths of good land throughout Serbia, Macedonia and Bulgaria that have very low habitation yet potentially high quality of life if you know how to handle yourself. If you're willing to bite the bullet and learn one of the languages, you can buy a parcel of land in some bumfuck nowhere village or summer house lot, get Starlink and hunker down for a fraction of the cost of doing so out west. If you have the gumption to handle awful govt. institutions that take forever to do anything unless you worm your way through the corruption architecture they run on, you'll be right at home. Zero niggers but you might have to deal with the cigan menace in some places. If you think niggers are bad, you have never had to interact with a Balkan gypsy.
