Flagstaff is extremely left-wing. Arizona is water-constrained and could be uninhabitable soon.
Juneau/Ketchikan are cruise ports and get absolutely inundated with tourists in the summer. You’d better like rain and snow, they have some of the highest precipitation amounts in North America. They are not as white as you would expect Alaska to be, not just because of the natives but also immigrant labor for the tourist and fishing industries.
Coeur d’Alene is nice, one of my favorite cities in the PNW. It is expensive though, and population growth has diluted some of its character. Easily the best pick of the three options. But see the below:
You probably mean Spokane. Tacoma is a 5 hour drive. But yes, Spokane is also a shithole.

Skip Flagstaff if you go to Arizona. It's the wokest city in the state and the only thing to do there is skiing. Last time I visited it their city hall was flying the trans flag and half the businesses in the downtown area were flying various gay flags. It's a college town with all the downsides of that. Every other city I've been to in Arizona was more interesting from the tiny Old West towns to Phoenix.

And if you're planning to be totally self-sufficient, it's got to be good for agriculture and have timber. Hunting and fishing are variable and animal populations can be massively impacted by circumstances outside your control.
So can crops of course, but the more food sources you have the more insurance against any one failure. You'll also have to keep moving if relying on hunting/gathering.
Wood is good for a lot of things but you can also use it to smoke and preserve meat or fish.

No idea about machining work, I don't really know what to look for. The Alaskan panhandle has a big fishing industry, maybe there is machining work to support that? There is some light manufacturing in the Coeur d'Alene area.
In Coeur d'Alene you're probably looking at around $1200/mo rent for a 1 bed apartment.

Not only is Flagstaff probably the gayest city in Arizona, it's probably the most expensive too. Plus it's boring unless you love to ski or suck dicks. Beautiful state though, but as others have said you're always going to have potential water issues in that part of the country.

Coeur d'Alene isn't the same place it was 5 years ago even, coasties fled during the coof and made the place gayer and more retarded. You couldn't afford to live there anyway. Expensive as fuck.
Eastern Washington. Cheap land, cheap food, fresh fruit. Beaners but if you're in the sticks you don't see many. Nice cold winters, nice dry summers. Good honest people mostly. Clear rivers and lakes. Washington despite having Seattle is a good state. No income tax and if you take care of your property (trim dead trees, comb it) the state will write off your property tax. Stay to the east of the cascades and it's pretty good.

It's a bit of a shithole (alright compared to the other cities, still pretty white from what I remember) there's a lot of machining, welding and casting work there, it's a manufacturing hub.

Every time this gets asked, there's some god awful recommendations for some tiny shithole town or rural area where everyone is on pills and depressed. It is not a good idea to raise a family in places like that. Your kids will either grow up to be meth heads with 5 illegitimate kids or run away from you to LA or NYC, giving you attitude when they come home for Christmas once in a blue moon.
Simple Wikipedia searches and reading libtard newspaper articles about white flight are good ways to research this topic. And I've watched many stronk independent black queen tik toks about moving and they almost always mention the "whiteness" of these places:
Nashville, Tennessee. It is a nice metropolitan area that is very, very white. And keeps getting whiter with the country music industry and a high rate of young, white millennials moving in.
Austin, Texas is alright. There's a lot of hipsters now but it has some good job opportunities.
Salt Lake City, Utah if you don't mind Mormons.
Denver, Colorado is known for being very white. If you want a lot of nature this is a good place.
Hialeah, Florida is close enough to Miami to enjoy the fun but not be bothered by cokeheads and obnoxious Colombians.
Overall, I recommend Florida, Tennessee, and Texas. No state income tax, you can buy affordable homes while still feeling safe, and your kids won't absolutely hate your guts once they reach their 20s because there's actually good colleges and shit to do in the cities.

I live in a very white area with limited nigger population locally. There is lots of niggers about 100 miles away. I work for myself we do construction it's company policy not to work with niggers. We don't hire them and we won't do jobs for them. If anyone has a complaint about it or hearing the word nigger they get fired. It's formed a decent size group of men who won't interact with them.
The less the guys are willing to interact with them the less their family is willing to the more unwelcome they realize they are. It's taken nearly a decade but I can say of the less than 100 in my town three of them got together to post on Facebook about how unsafe town has become for them. One of my former employees who works at the local butcher refused service to one of them and told them they won't have animals in their store.
That's the start to deniggering your towns. Do not be friendly. Do not speak to them. Do not help them. Actively make their lives worse as best you can. If you work for someone else make whatever you do as slow and tedious as possible for them. Burn their food. Crush their groceries. Under inflate their tires. Sign them up for spam. Post glory hole ads with their phone number.
They'll begin to leave because of many of us doing these things. When your neighbors start doing these things as well the town is soon to follow. Chimp outs will happen and will only make them look worse. They will self segrate eventually.
