If that were true then their brothels and sex shows wouldn’t show the gaijin the door. You know things are dire for white men if the women don’t want to sleep with you for money. I’m going to double post because I missed this.

West Virginia panhandle isn’t that great to live if you want to commute to the DC area. Harpers Ferry is ok but commuting from there will suck. Most of the land east of Shenandoah River is bought up and costs a lot for what it is. West of the Shenandoah there is stuff that is attractive to buy but Charles Town and Martinsburg have dirty white boys in doo-rags. Never underestimate tweakers, while you drive a hour and a half to get to your job near DC, they’ll break into your house and loot it.

Charles Town has a lot of DC area workers who took the gamble to live in WV and commute to minimize their cost of living and the commute sucks. The shady DC area real estate developers have moved in to build shitty townhome and duplex housing next to single family style home neighborhoods built 20 years ago because that’s the latest trend in maximizing profit. With all the third-world migration in the DC area, those properties are going to look real nice to these migrants looking to own. Martinsburg is notable for the commuter train to DC but is worse than Charles Town.

I think the rural parts away from any town are nice and if you can get on border near Hagerstown or Winchester you could do well but the towns themselves are awful. I’ll finish on this, the property in the DC area may be recession proof, but WV is not. Buyer beware.

Only go to the DC area if you absolutely have to.

Quite the opposite actually. My retarded British-Japanese friend dragged me along to a brothel (I didn’t want to go) and this woman was trying to go down on me and I had to tell her to fuck off.

As someone whose lived in the polar bear capital for a few years before leaving, if you are going to live in the frozen tundra here's some advice:
  1. Make sure all your extension cords are rated for at least -40c to -50c, otherwise the shielding on them will break and peel apart, ask me how I know.
  2. On sunny days in the snow, wear sunscreen, the sun reflects off of snow and WILL give you a nice burn.
  3. Having a wedge and tire inflator on your vehicle is a must.
  4. Carrying a rifle at all times isn't based, it's just common sense.
  5. Having a wood stove with a built in catalytic converter will make your wood burn longer but requires more maintenance.
  6. No, that native pussy is not worth it, stay with your own kind.
  7. No, talking to the native drunk is not worth it, stay with your own kind.
  8. Deal with bears: If it's brown lay down, if it's black fight back, if its white say goodnight.

I used to want to move away from the US to escape all the craziness. But I've learned that A) So many old world countries barely have any nature left and are mostly just agricultural fields to sustain the concrete jungles. B) The craziness is intrinsic to modern industrial society. I have decided to just stay where I am (rural midwest) and just survive whatever craziness comes by.
 
Been considering West Virginia. Maybe the Quiet Zone if I could swing it.

I think at this point the main pro in favor of moving out of the US is to get away from all the stuff in our food.

Food supply is as international as any other commerce. Grow your own or shop from local farmers you can vet. I'd look into any of the stuff you're worried about, and see the side that argues in favor of it. Say you don't want a certain pesticide to be used on your veggies. Don't ask "You don't use the pesticide that puts microplastics in my balls, right?" Ask "I worry that a small farm won't be able to keep all pests at bay. Do you use any pesticides? What kinds?" When phrased in a positive light, people are more forthcoming about the things they do.
