DSP for sure. Every one of his "detractors" has fucked off, proven to be just as bad or worse, or is not relevant and the DSP is still managing to stay afloat. Albeit on a piece of cardboard in the Bermuda Triangle.

My pick when I saw this. Elliot has so many resources and the general social climate still insulating him from any real harm. The tide may be shifting but I don't believe we're seeing anything close to a comeuppance for him soon.
DSP easily. Man finally goes bankrupt after a decade+ of financial mismanagement at just the right time when everyone else went bankrupt due to Covid.

I don't like Dong Gone for this because there are tangible things like money, connections, and politics protecting him from the results of his actions in a just universe. My pick would be Josh Block, it could only be tard luck that has kept him from getting shanked by a methed out homeless guy, unhinged wannabe gangbanger, or clout-brained zoomer sociopath.

for not going to jail or die? id say russell, but he did go to jail for his high school "prank" but since then, he has gotten away with multiple nonsense lawsuit and hasnt gotten in legal trouble for being a sex pest.
id also put ralph there, as a poster above me said, it is amazing he hasnt died from all the drugs, the high fat lifestyle, the multiple beat downs, and living as a pig monster in mexico. he might be running out of plot armor, but as for now, he is still alive despite doing everything which would have killed a normal person. it is amazing just how persistent those white trash roach genes are at clinging to life in adverse situations.
king cobra is also another cow who should be dead. tbf he is pretty brain dead now, but with all the booze, bug burritos, paint fumes, jessica cooties, and air duster, he should be dead by now.

He could have been charged tax fraud but the IRS just kinda gave up. If the same kind of scenario happened in a movie most people would probably call it out for being unrealistic because the IRS is usually relentless when it comes to collecting "their dues".

Wouldn't that just be regular armor then? I thought plot armor was where someone inexplicably keeps lucking out and dodging bullets because the plot needs them to survive, where as Fong survives for very mundane reasons: because he's a conniving, sniveling psychopath who's willing to do anything if it means having power and influence over people, and also he has money.
I'd agree on Chris or DSP, although even in their cases they have survived in large part just by lacking the self awareness to ever second guess themselves.

KingcobraJFS has the devil's luck. Even though his health problems are catching up to him, he managed to get free housing from Clint, escape his psycho ex relatively unscathed and gets money for doing next to nothing.
