At this point, the best that you can reasonably hope for is Barb being of sound mind and having consented to it. Even that seems unlikely, but you do have to remember that cops are the lowest of the low IQ idiots, you literally cannot be dumber than a cop without having a serious disability. There is a chance (albeit very small) that they simply want Chris to have committed rape and so are treating him like a rapist while trying anything they can to have Barb declared incompetent. But I definitely doubt it at this point. Unfortunately, it seems as though Chris might just be a rapist.

Good thing it's not up to the actual cops. I doubt during COVID that they would have enough initiative to pin a rape on retarded white man in a dress. The thing is the text are extremely damning, in it he proclaims himself to be persistent, and that Barb was confused and told him to stop. I doubt they're just trying to throw anything at the wall and seeing what sticks. A lot of rapists are in jail for months to a year until they're ultimately found guilty.

I don't think the cops would be that evil. They just don't have the resources to hold a man who they know didn't do anything wrong.

Police in the United States are definitely that evil, they would do something like that just because the repeated calls from weens over the years annoyed them slightly or if Chris once mouthed off to one of them (or one of their friends, relatives, etc.). That would be enough for most cops to pursue rape charges against someone in bad faith. But the fact is, Chris's explanation of the events definitely points to rape. There is really nothing here that would indicate a frame up so I'd have to give investigators the benefit of the doubt in this case. If I had the task of investigating this case, I would attempt to ascertain whether or not it was rape based purely on Chris's own statements. No matter how disillusioned someone might be about how police conduct themselves in the United States, they have to admit that this particular case is highly unlikely to be the byproduct of any misconduct on the part of the police. The other thing to consider is that Chris was likely interrogated multiple times, and the statements he made in interrogation might be a crucial factor in the choice to explore the rape angle. I wouldn't be even remotely surprised if Chris simply blabbed at them and effectively confessed to rape multiple times when he was in the back of the damn cruiser.

Chris gets some time in prison and ends up relatively normal, as much as an autist like him can.

Anything else would be disappointing. I don't want to hear Chris anymore doing the same shit. The sense of innocence with Chris that made him to enjoyable to follow is gone forever. I don't want to see him end up homeless and die, which is the most likely ending.

Specific to the case, what I hope for is that Barb was never raped in the first place, but will remain in safe care away from Chris; that Chris is more or less the same old lolcow, and was just goaded into fabricating some gross autofanfic; and that Bella (& fam) will learn a very hard lesson by way of appropriate consequences and never try to hurt anyone again.

But what I think is likely is not so optimistic. Old people and one's parents are the tier closest to children in what most cultures hold sacred. This likely doesn't bode well for a geriatric-mother-fucking troon in the joint. Not even if he someday finagles his way into the consolation prize of ladyprison. (Which could be a mistake for him. I wonder if there's any credible info on how predatory convict troons fare on that side of the fence.)

Then again, TPTB might very well math all this up with his absolute social incompetence at sentencing and shuffle off Chris directly to the protective SoniSHU or tard ward.

Chris gets sentenced to 6 months in a men's prison. His cell mate is a huge bodybuilder type who yells at Chris to work out every day or else bad things will happen.
