In the Here and Now: Chris goes to prison or a mental institution for his crimes, and learns the hard way the consequences of his actions.

In the Future, if he ever gets out: Chris completely turns his life around, and with some help, gets his shit together. If he goes on to write a book about his experiences, better yet. The point is that I hope Chris comes out of this a completely changed man, one who finally recognizes he's been fucking up his entire life. He sells off his toys, makes an effort to contribute to society, and we can safely see the Good Ending to his life.

Chris will be charged with elder abuse and rape. He won't be crazy enough to qualify for an insanity defense. will accept a plea bargain to take off the rape charge. He'll spend a year or two in jail (counting time served) and when he's turned loose, the system will make a cursory effort to set him up with Section 8 housing, outpatient psychiatric treatment and food stamps. He will be on the sex offenders list and will be barred from the internet. Chris will be taken care of, but he will fervently believe that he deserves better. Chris being Chris, he will stop seeing the shrink, go to the public library to use their internet, and will try to go back to the way he was before- e-begging for money and fame. He will get slapped down hard and probably exploited again, and within six months, he will have mess on his hands... He will be facing violation of his probation, no money to pay his share of Section 8 and no way to appeal for donations on the internet. That will begin the homeless saga. He will refuse to leave Virginia but he will be banned from every retail store and public place. Weens will seek him out and give him a few bucks for a photo with him. He won't survive that way long.

That's a good point. I'm assuming he'll end up on a sex offender registry so he's going to be limited to buying his toys online. He's already been banned or at least kicked out from a number of places and got in trouble returning to them though so I could see Chris violating the rules of the sex offender registry.
Chris is really easy to spot since he's obviously a disheveled man in womens' clothing covered in weird jewelry with a recognizable medallion. However, he's been able to look normal on occasion, like when he tried to be a male escort. If he reads some guides on how to be a grey man he could sneak into places. He'd need to smell normal, not like Axe and body odor, and cut his hair though.
That's out the window if he ends up with an ankle monitor though.

Rate me optimistic, but I hope the rigid structure of jail/prison life ultimately does him some sort of good. The court sees Chris as a deeply damaged person and he's sent to a group home and put under the care of a social worker. It turns out his mother doesn't have dementia and the two made a mutually bad decision together. The two go through very specialized counseling and Chris is able to build a healthy relationship with strict boundaries with his mother in her twilight years. With the intense and personalized therapy Chris gets, he's able to snap out of the deep delusional system he's created and gets back to making comics and other productive things, nobody able to take advantage of him anymore because he has a wrangler.

A good example is shecameforcwc. It still boggles me that Chris still wanted to justify that, even responding to Megan's emails as him doing something 'far worse.' Him registering as a sex offender will finally teach Chris about boundaries. Now normies will find out about that, and every degenerate act he did. He and his lawyer can claim that he was tricked into doing the act, but one can make the solid argument "as many times as Chris has been tricked, why did he not just ignore the trolls?"

It's going to be hard for Chris to 'blend in'. The majority of his life is based in dressing in loud colored clothing for the expressed intent to be noticed. Could Chris even use the net without heavy restrictions or extreme monitoring? Imagine for the taxpayers that have heard about Chris now: "I can't believe I'm paying towards this deviant's SSDI." They'll be even more angrier paying for Chris being looked after.

Of course it's not like the movies, he doesn't just "walk," but he'd go to a cushy mental health facility and eat tendies and play video games, until they put him through enough lame group therapy sessions that they deemed him safe enough to step down to a day program. At that point his manchild nature would kick in and he'd start missing appointments as he has never had to keep a schedule in his life. It'd become a nagging revolving door issue, and as I understand it depending on his state procedures they'll probably resolve it by sending people to go pick him up to take him to his program and make sure he goes.

I expect this to start as a big fiasco but end up as more of a chore thing rapidly.

The potential humor comes from likely friction between him and the staff assigned to go pick him up, and also the odds he will go to some sketchy halfway house living arrangement full of other weirdos. Ultimately we all know he's going back home to his rat nest of a home as soon as he can, which is probably going to be a function of whether or not barb goes to some care center or not.

I predict that after initial fireworks this will be surprisingly boring unless he gets in an actual fight with other patients or staff.

The mental health facilities for the criminally insane (at least in the good ol USA) are horrible places to be and by no means offer a cushy experience. It's probably the closest thing to hell I an imagine. Honestly, going to an actual prison is better for anyone, even Chris. It's also very hard to get released from these facilities. It's usually a life sentence in the hell hole.

However, I don't think Chris is nearly crazy enough for one of those facilities. He's going to prison but he'll be in protective custody with the pedos and what not. He would just get extorted and/or eventually killed in gen pop.

It is VERY difficult to institutionalize crazy people for two reasons... 1. Our whole society is built on individual liberty. You have to be an imminent threat to yourself and/or other people to get thrown away. Even then, they would try to pump you full of enough drugs to release. And 2. Institutionalization is very expensive. No one wants to pay for a loony bin. They are underfunded and don't have extra space unless someone there dies and frees up a bed. And again, to save money, they would rather just pump you full of drugs until you aren't a threat and release you.

Chris isn't a threat to himself. He is about as far from suicidal as you can get. He also isn't a threat to the general population. He's weak. He had to live with Barb his whole life and wait for her to go round the bend of dementia to be able to abuse her. He's an opportunist, not a threat. He is going to jail, not the nut house. When he's released, they will pump him full of drugs and try to shove him in a corner. Without any support system, he will fall through the cracks and disappear.

At this point I don't see retribution for Chris. Too many people have tried too many times. He simply cannot correct his mistakes. I think the best outcome we can hope for is brief imprisonment/commitment, followed by Chris spending the rest of his life in some sort of facility where he will have dedicated wranglers/keepers. Just keep him locked up with his toys and games and he can't hurt anyone else.

Barb, sadly (or not sadly, depending on your feelings about her) is probably already dead mentally and emotionally. A mercy smothering with a pillow is probably the best outcome here. I just don't know what kind of quality of life you have at 80 when you are at least a little derranged and have either been fucking or being raped by your cross dressing son.
