Which website do you really hate the most or given you the most trouble? - Cutting of my connections to Facebook made me feel 10 times as better.

Simple fix: always alias, don't use your real name online, and just don't use shitty platforms like facebook. 99% of people I talk to are like "yeah understandable" when I tell em that I don't have a facebook/twitter because I hate everything they stand for.
I learned that through Facebook and learning to a alias. To be fair i did start that account when i was a teen and i changed after i gradulated High School and so to did my values. The only thing that didn't for me is you shouldn't be automous to to say fuck islam that religon is causing a lot of problems, fuck the trans they are a thorn on gay rights, posting 4chan memes that should be obvious jokes. If people can post fuck Drumpf and America and still have jobs people should be able to say fuck the religon that created and inspired most terrorists since it creation and to be able to mock trans when they mock normal striaght people who will never date them. The hypocisy of people is insane.

reddit is the absolute worst because it kills off other forums to discuss nerd and hobby shit. it's like a black hole that sucks traffic from all enthusiast sites and then crushes it with garbage moderation, garbage upvote system, garbage site culture, and garbage memes. also the guy who runs reddit is a bigger creep than zuckerberg.

I hated my Kiwifarms thread for some niggling reason I just couldn't work out. I had such an irrational hatred for that thread and the entirety of that god damn broke dick farms fan forum that I faked my suicide and blamed it on them.
It's great how a lot of them will even link to their own thread while off-site.

The Kiwi Farms ruined my life.

Serious answer, Reddit. Not because it’s a cancerous trash heap (it is), but because its mobile site is literally designed to be purposely shitty and intentionally gimped in an insidious attempt to get you to download their app. You can tell because the fucking desktop app site works better on a mobile browser than the mobile version.

Second place goes to Fandom/Wikia. Another great example of hostile design that sacrifices any and all user experience for ads and cross-promotion. It used to at least be tolerable for fan wikis. Now if I accidentally stumble across a page on it it takes about 3 seconds of auto playing videos that block half your screen to get me to mash the back button.

Reddit, no other site has a userbase that makes me as MATI as reddit does. It is the worst, most dense, idiotic userbase that can not understand sarcasm, hyperbole, jokes, or satire.

They take everything at face value, believing everything as written in the most literal of interpretations.

Redditors are the autists you've be warned about, and I'm glad I quit using that godforsaken site.

Also their new redesign is trash, one of the worst redesigns of all time, programmed by people who don't understand basic optimization.

It's weird how Reddit is so face value with interpretations, yet tries to be comedic in nearly every comment. Bizarro world as a website

Can't use most sites now anyway as they require a Phone number. Twitter locks new accounts after around 2-48 hours after creation until you hand over your number. Really progressive of them to assume every user on the planet has a smart phone.
I created a new twitter to follow stonk stuff. I sent them an email saying my account was locked for no reason. They unlocked it in a few days without me giving up my deetz.

Reddit: the hive mind is real, it’s full of pedophiles and their apologists, voice any opinion slightly to the right of Marx and you’re either banned or demonized. All the smaller subreddits I used to use for my hobbies have been overtaken by the typical soyfaced, Funko collecting pod people who drive out the actual fans or hobbyists. As much as I hate Facebook and was considering choosing that, Reddit irritates me so much more.

Youtube is increasingly trash, as if Google has made it a top priority to make the site unusable.
Rather than getting suggested similar content to what I’ve watched before, I get suggested the latest nigger rap videos or, barring that, what I’ve already watched.
The algorithm has been lobotomized. What a joke Google is.

Plenty of Fish is the unholy mecca for fat women, single mothers who were recently knocked up again by their ex, mentally ill troons (usually Hispanic), Southern pacific Asians that nobody cares about, wiggers, niggers, peggers, scammers, Poly couples looking for subs, beta gay niggas trying to suck you, Alpha gay niggas trying to buck you, and that one lonely white guy who swears up and down he's hetero but he's just looking for "guy friends" aka fag. Its honestly Backpage.com but without the honeypots. Also, the website has a fuck ton of bots, ads, paywalls, and glitches to the point where I got locked out of my account several times despite the fact I did everything correct and didn't violate their gay terms of service. I'm so glad I was banned left *snort* Fucking idiots.

:stress:

I like Reddit for the sole purpose of putting "site:reddit.com" on a Google search to find something that was at least written by some sort of almost-human instead of an SEO bot.
That's true, and that's Reddit's best use case.

Then again, Reddit overtaking every single hobby and enthusiast community on the planet is fucking cancerous. There are countless people that just pop into subs they have no reason to visit just to argue. Did you dare question the vaccine on your sub with under 10,000 readers about some super niche game you're really into? Here come some retard ready to scream at you in the most condescending manner, with a post history all full of the same sort of crap from countless other subs. It's like hanging out with your friends and having some asshole kick down your door and try to police you out of the blue. You can always tell them to fuck off, but there'll always be another one. Shit, it's so common I swear those people are paid to do it.

But at least you can ask questions about really specific problems you're having in your niche hobby and generally get an answer. At least Reddit's got that going for it.

Twitter, on the other hand, is completely useless. It's a true blue hellsite. The toxicity is off the charts. Why the hell would anyone ever subject themselves to that shithole?

I'd say Wikia/Fandom. Stuff like Facebook and Twitter you can just not use, but if you ever want to look up something from pop culture that only some brokebrained sperg would know, you're as likely as not to have to slog your way through one of those sites.
It's grating as hell that Wikia is the top result on every search engine, even if there's an independent wiki that covers everything better, and they almost always do.

In terms of functionality Facebook every update it kept getting worst for desktop users. Not to mention seeing my friends i grew up with in high school being libtards who can't take jokes. Glad i deleted my account since i used it sporaticley and for the site getting less usable and any potential employers, deans, or any one in power get upset if you said anything edgy or something deemed normal today then in the future is phobic to retards. Hope to god i don't become anything famous in irl. I really feel bad for any normie users who use that site reguraley on computer it just keeps getting worst. But i suppose most people use it on their smartphones.
Damn, Despite the fact that I rarely used Facebook, I noticed the website functioned a lot worse than when I was on it 12 years ago.

Reddit is up there for me but for a reason I haven’t seen cited : the goddamn web ui is the worst, especially if you're there from a search result and the answer you need is buried in the comments past two unroll buttons and four expand thread tabs. People joke about Tumblr being the hell site for design but at least Tumblr actually indexes content sensibly and keeps a coherent ux while fucking everything else up.

Twitter really is the winner though especially because it contributed to the death of RSS as a medium.

Tell me about it. I'm so fed up with that site that I'm downloading everything I put on there. And then probably shut down my YouTube channel.

That's probably baked in the pie. Besides being run by someone who only got the job through ethnic networking (and who is more powerful than the Pajeet fall guy who's nominally in charge of the company), Google primarily rewards people who launch new products, and after that maintenance of only the most important ones (that's one reason the Google "graveyard" is so big, there's also a related technical one, the monorepo). In the context of using stack ranking for promotions that's big.

It's unclear how important they think YouTube is, it's believed to be a huge money sink if the accounting for it was honest, as in a lot of its costs are said to be shifted to other categories, it's biggest thing is clearly the degree to which it can "control the (national) conversation" which became of utmost importance after the election of the BAD ORANGE MAN. So between obviously pozzed objectives and delivery on those as people in this topic are attesting, it's very possible it can't attract Google's best talent.
