Middle aged women use it for recipes.Pinterest. What the fuck is the point of this site? All I know is that it ruins image searches. I saw an article that MS attempted to buy it. You couldn't PAY me to take this site.

To this day, I still have no idea. My best guess is that it's a site where you sign up, browse through stuff you'd like to obtain, you favorite whatever catches your eye, and it lists all that shit in your profile. Like window shopping without the shop.3. Pinterest. What the fuck is the point of this site? All I know is that it ruins image searches. I saw an article that MS attempted to buy it. Sites like that are still useful to heathen non-believers. For me, they serve the same function as lists of banned media (typically curated by radical leftists). They make it easier to find interesting (and usually pretty good) stuff I haven't seen before. Banned media lists are basically just shopping lists. Sites that rate movies based on their blasphemous or otherwise offensive content are just shopping lists with comprehensive highlights conveniently attached to each entry. You guys heard of CapAlert? If not, well... In a nutshell, they use the bible to rate movies. Yeah... It's one of those websites.
Here's some quality reviews from this website:
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut
Kill Bill Vol. 1 They thought it was boring.
Toy Story 2
Wikipedia
That's got me speculating if that kind of avatar dress up site could financial support itself if it just begged it's users to donate to a Patreon, people are more willing than ever to pay for pointless digital goods in today's world. But the dress up thing itself sounds really outdated. What's that thing that all the kids play now, Gacha Life? It sounds similar.gaiaonline. i was addicted ~10 years ago, just when the site started reeeally go downhill, "buy coins with irl money"-shit broke the economy and caused massive inflation, fuck i even sank real money to it too bcus thats what pixel game addicts do. unethical.
also cringy to the max, full of questionable weirdos and actually the pixels were ugly too. fucking shit scam site lmao
When was this? I thought they were still with their Scientologist owners. Now that's a website that brings back a lot of memories. I felt the same way about Neopets when the site was quite literally abandoned, then bought by a Chinese company that brought in customization that required you to pay actual money to dress up your pets in anything that looked nice.
I miss the days when Pinterest was focused solely on being a recipe delivery system for white women, instead of the image search-killing cancer that it is today.Middle aged women use it for recipes.
not to mention it also shits up REGULAR search results sometimes tooI miss the days when Pinterest was focused solely on being a recipe delivery system for white women, instead of the image search-killing cancer that it is today.
deviantART people can have the harshest, most anal views of copyright I've ever seen.deviantart
Bing Images gives better results with a better interface than Google these days BTW, especially if you need something really high rez.Not to play devil's advocate, but Pinterest can be okay if you're an artist. If you want to draw something fairly specific and need a reference, Pinterest probably has you covered. But that's about it, the site is still complete garbage. I've resorted to just screenshotting the images I want because it keeps begging me to make an account whenever I try to interact with anything on the page.
With that aside, I think the website I hate the most is Inkbunny. There is absolutely nothing of value that comes from that hell-hole.
In Halloween 2020, Pinterest banned "cultural appropriation" in Halloween costume pics there.

even downloading their images can piss them off, thats why they disable downloads (which is useless anyway. you can just download the fullview image, which is the closest to the original, and they don't know how web browsers work)deviantART people can have the harshest, most anal views of copyright I've ever seen.
They REEE that copying is the same as stealing, and some even think "Fair Use" shouldn't be a thing.
(and that's not getting into the deviant art on deviantART)
