Which website do you really hate the most or given you the most trouble? - Cutting of my connections to Facebook made me feel 10 times as better.

3. Pinterest. What the fuck is the point of this site? All I know is that it ruins image searches. I saw an article that MS attempted to buy it. You couldn't PAY me to take this site.
To this day, I still have no idea. My best guess is that it's a site where you sign up, browse through stuff you'd like to obtain, you favorite whatever catches your eye, and it lists all that shit in your profile. Like window shopping without the shop.

But I truly don't know if that's the case or not, it just seems like that

Does Spotify count as a website? it's one of the rare cases of a big platform where i don't think the way it's gotten so progressively worse has (mostly) to do with malice, just pure incompetence. mainly because after thinking about it long and hard i still cannot conceive any practical reason for why they'd make it so bad on purpose in so many ways. and the ads, GOD. it's like they're challenging you to find a way around them

You guys heard of CapAlert? If not, well... In a nutshell, they use the bible to rate movies. Yeah... It's one of those websites.
Here's some quality reviews from this website:
South Park: Bigger, Longer & Uncut
Kill Bill Vol. 1 They thought it was boring.
Toy Story 2
Sites like that are still useful to heathen non-believers. For me, they serve the same function as lists of banned media (typically curated by radical leftists). They make it easier to find interesting (and usually pretty good) stuff I haven't seen before. Banned media lists are basically just shopping lists. Sites that rate movies based on their blasphemous or otherwise offensive content are just shopping lists with comprehensive highlights conveniently attached to each entry.

I guess it just plays to that cool feature most human beings have: the more someone wants to hide something from you, the more you want to see it. In modern parlance, if woketards hate something, I'm probably going to like it. Let them do the heavy lifting in sifting the wheat from the chafe of the entertainment industry.

Edit: lol the site seems to be down. Guess god doesn't approve of their piety either.

After getting back into art studies I can name a few sites that fucks over my progress.

Pintrest - Absolutely dogshit site that makes you go thru extra steps just to look at a low quality version of an image that links you to some half ass Russian version of Facebook half the time.
Thats on top of it completely butchering the search engine along with me so intrusive if you don't have a account for it. Only credit I give it is that its one of the few sites that dont do full on "1 image" scrolling shit if I needed to at least grasp some ideas really quick.

Twitter - Made a Twitter account a late 2020 cause I wanted to keep up with niche hobbies and follow some artists I enjoy, but its a complete shit show in both those regards. Never have I been to a site that actively sucks the life out of you with each passing second even without adding in the factor of the bitter, deranged troons and grifters.
You can't hide your likes and they function pretty much like obnoxious retweets, but the worse of it is the fucking media tab that most unfunny bitches fill with reaction images and memes that can't even be organized so if you follow some deranged internet addicted sperg that just happens to be good at art its a complete chore.

Tumblr at least had some organized blog posting so I won't have to look at some bitch ass "mental breakdown", but Twitter and its community can fuck off with its status of clout chasing and using your platform at any moment to dogpile someone with a shitty unfunny generic meme zinger in quote retweets.

Wikipedia

It went Mega Clown World after coronapanic started. And ever since Orange Man Bad, woke can be shoved into anything, especially since that "storming WIkipedia"* thing started. Any questioning of "The Narrative" on the coof or The Party line that there was no fraud in the 2020 election is a "conspiracy theory" there. But at least "politically neutral" stuff can be reliable.

gaiaonline. i was addicted ~10 years ago, just when the site started reeeally go downhill, "buy coins with irl money"-shit broke the economy and caused massive inflation, fuck i even sank real money to it too bcus thats what pixel game addicts do. unethical.
also cringy to the max, full of questionable weirdos and actually the pixels were ugly too. fucking shit scam site lmao
That's got me speculating if that kind of avatar dress up site could financial support itself if it just begged it's users to donate to a Patreon, people are more willing than ever to pay for pointless digital goods in today's world. But the dress up thing itself sounds really outdated. What's that thing that all the kids play now, Gacha Life? It sounds similar.
Now that's a website that brings back a lot of memories. I felt the same way about Neopets when the site was quite literally abandoned, then bought by a Chinese company that brought in customization that required you to pay actual money to dress up your pets in anything that looked nice.
When was this? I thought they were still with their Scientologist owners.

I miss the days when Pinterest was focused solely on being a recipe delivery system for white women, instead of the image search-killing cancer that it is today.
not to mention it also shits up REGULAR search results sometimes too

recipes, craft, some random niche thing, here is some irrelevant shit from some retard blogger on pinterest

deviantart
it's the most bloated site i ever seen, it heavily relies on JS and overdesigned CSS (not surprised since it was bought by (((WIX)))), and it's unusable on mobile devices especially low-end ones
instead of doing the localization in the server-side, there's a big blob of JSON (~160KB) containing every single text for the language you're currently on

Not to play devil's advocate, but Pinterest can be okay if you're an artist. If you want to draw something fairly specific and need a reference, Pinterest probably has you covered. But that's about it, the site is still complete garbage. I've resorted to just screenshotting the images I want because it keeps begging me to make an account whenever I try to interact with anything on the page.

With that aside, I think the website I hate the most is Inkbunny. There is absolutely nothing of value that comes from that hell-hole.

Twitter. Spending any more than a cursory amount of time on there seems to give people brain worms. When Tumblr was that site at least it was mostly limited to weird fandom/hipster girls, but Twitter is the same thing on a much larger scale.

It has way too much influence. Something like only a quarter of the population even uses it, less than even Pinterest and LinkedIn, and it’s a small percentage of the userbase that produces most content. Yet since journos are all addicted to Twatter since it lets them be lazy and have a personal news wire, there’s hundreds of “100 PEOPLE ON TWITTER ARE MAD ABOUT THIS THEREFORE EVERYONE IS” articles every day. I wish high profile people and companies would just ignore it and realize the majority of the population will never even hear about whatever the latest outrage cycle is, and acknowledging it just gives it more power.

facebook, insta etc are all cancer but Twitter is the one I most actively hope dies.

Bing Images gives better results with a better interface than Google these days BTW, especially if you need something really high rez.

Pinterest
In Halloween 2020, Pinterest banned "cultural appropriation" in Halloween costume pics there.

They even forced that crap on the Japanese side of Pinterest.

deviantART people can have the harshest, most anal views of copyright I've ever seen.

They REEE that copying is the same as stealing, and some even think "Fair Use" shouldn't be a thing.

(and that's not getting into the deviant art on deviantART)
even downloading their images can piss them off, thats why they disable downloads (which is useless anyway. you can just download the fullview image, which is the closest to the original, and they don't know how web browsers work)

The Bulgarian Vbox7 is really shit. It used to have a half-decent layout, but now...

Does this look like a video-hosting website?

Most of the site's users are total faggots, liberast and normalfags. When it was independent it was better.
