1. Fauna was getting married and probably didnt want to try to do idol culture shit while making a family. While Azki is married and still around, that type of life is not for everybody.

2. Gura has been around for around 6 years and had permissions issues ontop of being constantly pressured (and even doxxed at one point).

3. Sana left because nobody wanted to watch her astrology stuff (plus, functional autism).

4. Dooby wanted to do more 3D stuff. She is still around for Hololive of course.

5. Moon is literally sick.

The rest of EN is fine and hasnt had actual signs of burn out.

In terms of JP:

Aqua has a terminal illness and has been in and out of the hospital.

Shion was around for around 6 years & has her own mental and physical illnesses.

Chloe is Chloe.

This claim about how Yagoo doesnt own shit is retarded when he owns most of the stocks (34%).

Also, given Shiori is still around (NATSUMI MOE) is a good litmus test since she had been shafted by corpos before (Eileen). Same goes for Fuwamoco (I forget the company but they did a VN together as Vtubers).
