There's evidence of a latent spine in several of these groups. Even the Chinese are allowed to chimp out sometimes, and are cutting each other's throats at the ground level. I don't think there's any hope for the New Zealanders after Christchurch. Not sure about Aussies but you have to consider the effect of the Abbos.
