Who are your favorite and least favorite detractors?

Man... I enjoy watching a nice late night detractor stream. Listening to someone react to DSP can be fun. I tried to watch Soma Julius Cruz’s stream tonight. Pretty much every Saturday and Sunday night he goes through three or four TIHYDPs live with chat.

Well, he can’t do anything about that voice. It is honestly almost as annoying as Phil’s. But this guy really should work on some kind of material. I swear to god he uses “by the way” every other sentence. I’ve heard him use it twice in one sentence. I think he’s said it so many times that he just doesn’t know when he says it anymore. He pretty much repeats the same three or four things... “Nice commentary by the way...” and “I’m loving this dead air by the way...” or he repeats what Phil says with a doofy voice. When an ugly character appears in the game he always goes “Hey it’s Phil/John Rambo/Howard/Leanna/Kat!” He just kind of jabbers a lot but never says anything. It kind of reminds me of how Tevin used to be during his streams until a few years ago. Tevin has gotten a lot better at improvising funny stuff and making relevant comments.

It’s just not a very good time. I mean, other than that he seems like a nice dude, I dunno. If you see this, Soma, work on it.

his edited content is just pretty much snort burnell but 2 - 3x longer, lots of random inserted meme clips. at least he doesn't do that thing that changes Phil's voice, I mean nothing will make phil easier to listen to but the voice changing is just off putting imo.

Haven’t regularly watched any edited detractor videos in a while. If I hear of any gold dust here or anywhere else I will check one out.

I like Tervin's rare edited content, snort burnell for his dedication for 10 mins daily recaps. Mighty D , HuthStuff and Ludwig are super funny too.

I enjoy LSB re-streams, funny reactions from the pigroach but he sometimes likes to flex on cash and views; which would be fair for fundraisers but cringe in a personnal gain context IMO.

My least favorite are twitter and youtube comments detractors in general because they dont know anything about him and rarely say anything funny.

Good point mentioning kiwis, some kiwis have truly legendary posts. @Surly Muppet has useful posts explaining the highlights of some streams, @Sparkletor 2.0 posts usually make me laugh out loud, and @Nigel of Ukip doxes are great.

Tevin and Snort Burnell are pretty much the only constant 'tractors I watch.
Tevin's old recorded videos were pretty godlike, and he's up there with his knowledge of DSP lore.
Snort Burnell is the easiest way to stay 'up to date' with DSP without wanting to drive ice picks into your ears.

I think my favorite DSP content creators post here: @David Davidson & @LyteSydeByll , big ups boys thanks for making DSP watchable. Honorable mentions to Memology and also Tevin's non-live shit because fuck TTS but damn does that boy know his lore and have good takes on Phil's mind.

El Crimson King and LWO for more effort in 5 minutes than Phil's put into the last 12 years of life. Early Tevin, when he gave a shit about DSP's antics. Freddie Boy because despite the SoK's glorious demise, he managed to come up with useful or interesting guests on a fair few of the podcasts. And Mr Lewdacris. Lewd's DSP Tries It parodies are some of my favorites.

I'm not much for Snort Burnell edits because they're shit as background noise. Likewise for GTG.

yeah, i only watch this is how you dont play's cause they capture alot of funny phils fail moments. and they dont seem to care about getting subs or likes. the restreams or phils stream though. yuck
