Who else hates music?

If you've always been this way, it's autism. If you used to enjoy music, it's anhedonia. That means you don't enjoy life's simple pleasures anymore because you're depressed. Depression doesn't just mean you're sad. I'd actually wager that most depressed people don't feel sadness. Just numbness or rage.
i eat fruits every day. i probably dont eat enough leafy veggies lmao. fried foods like twice a week
Cut back on the empty calories, shit your body needs to process that doesn't reward it for expending the energy, and use that bonus energy to feng-shui your shit into a more enjoyable position. Eat more green leafy veggies, oats for fibre and energy, and beans for protein, heart health and more fibre. Feed your gut biome with as much positive shit as you can. Try and incorporate turmeric, garlic, cayenne, cumin, nutritional yeast and dulce into your diet. Take sublingual b12.

These are the things I've noticed to drastically help.
