Who is the most impactful philosopher?

Aristotle. It's really not even close, since almost all Western philosophy is just appendices to what the Greeks did, and Aristotelianism was effectively the basis for what Christianity became.
This really is it. You can make some argument for Plato/Socrates (and they're certainly foundational and fun to read) but Aristotle formed the entire basis for what we call science and the knowability of the world. He was hilariously wrong about some things, but he firmly believed you COULD figure the shit out.

Arguably all philosophy that came after him is either expanding on his work, or being a flaming faggot to justify faggotry.

It can't be Aristotle; the man talked about virtue all the time and yet we see no virtue today. No impact made.

It can't be Plato; the man talked about forms all the time and yet we see no good today. No impact made.

It can't be Diogenes; the man rejected everything outside his will all the time and yet we see everyone is a slave to his desires today. No impact made.

It can't be Russell; the man talked about axiomatic structure all the time and yet everyone is a postmodernist today. No impact made.

It can't be Nietzsche; the man fought nihilism all the time and yet everyone is a nihilist today. No impact made.

It can't be Marx; the man fought exploitation all the time and yet everyone is even more exploited today. No impact made.

Ultimately there are no right answers. Philosophy is the field of interesting ideas that make no impact.

They had a lot of intangible impact my buddy

Would Jesus count? I suppose it depends on whether you consider religious frameworks to be a philosophy or not. His teachings have impacted everybody regardless of religious leanings, just due to how the world is structured.

Id say religion while affecting and moving around philosophy is still irrelevant in the grand scheme. Its an entirely human construct (You don't see animals praying) that will be wiped away by time just as quickly as anything else. Philosophy aims to understand the meaning of the universe and our existence on every level or perspective and religion is like a ball and chain when looked at it from that angle. I don't agree and I don't disagree with you. Religion has its place in experience, but it does not exist itself outside of existence and is subject to it like anything else we have defined. I think philosophy attempts to work out the complex problems by process of deduction to a degree we don't have anywhere else but in modern science which makes sense since people say science is the child of philosophy. Idk lmk if this is just word salad but I'm getting at something I cant quite put my finger on individually.

By that definition, so is all of philosophy. You certainly don't see animals sitting around wondering about anything Socrates said either.

Religion is just one type of philosophy. You can argue that it imposes constraints, but I can't think of any philosophical framework that doesn't.

Without a doubt Karl Marx. You do not have to like what transformation his ideas wracked on the world, but there is no argument that he is "transformative".
This is objectively correct since he was the only philosopher (not prophet) whose philosophy became the governing principles of a third of the Earth.

That is hard to measure. Might have had huge impact, we just fucking failed. We filled the black hole with politics and coomerism. Who knows, maybe those who weaponized Marx's work were very big fans or hater.

But I join the chorus. Marx. Biggest directly felt impact on modern world.

My vote here goes for Marx. Collectively improving average IQ of the world since starvation was invented.
