Is that some European copy? Can't tell with how young the children look
Anyways with the original's Peggy 100%. Absolutely abysmal mother and wife, to the point if Al was even 10% as awful as she was he would have been completely unlikable.

How fucking dare you! Peggy was a hot bitch with class and attitude. Any normal man would beg for her attention; unlike that princess next door that thought a blow job was a snow removal service.

The biggest problem I had with the show was Katey Sagal. No disrespect, she was great on that show, but how do you play a housewife that won’t cook or clean the house, sits on the couch all day watching tv and eating bonbons while looking and acting better than any woman featured in the Beauty Parlour on this site?

Al Bundy. For bothering to get married in the first place.

This show taught me a life lesson that I didn't understand till I got older. It's even more true now with how you see women behaving on social media. Al always said women don't like seeing men happy. He was 100% correct.

No. That's just how young they were early on. The show started airing in 1987. It was on TV for 11 years.

That's because it's a TV show. It's not real. The people who were writing the show knew there had to be at least some small redeeming quality for her character.

Real life women are just awful.

I think Peggy’s character is misunderstood. She landed a shoe salesman as a husband and probably got pregnant before they were married. It was probably a shotgun wedding.

She is there side by side is misery with her husband enjoying the few victories life throws at them (getting one-up on their own kids, or winning a baseball game.)

But she got shoes for life and that’s her payoff for her own lousy mistakes. But she loves him and he loves her when the chips are down.

And that’s about (usually) as good as it gets in a real marriage. Or when you have children and they drain the life and goodness out of your life as you slave to raise these ungrateful little cunts that will in 16 years beg you to babysit while they go out drinking.

And she’s smoking. Leggy. Crazy hair and sometimes even gets laid by her own husband.

If you aren’t married with kids you won’t get it that she is a near perfect house wife.
