I've seen this guy on Chris' facebook leaks.

I don't recall him being mentioned before on any of the CWCki articles and why did Chris add him on facebook? I'd thought he'd accuse William of being a "Jerk".
 
As Marvin repeatedly told, Chris has his theoretical and practical views. His hatred of all men in general (except himself, Sonichu and his dad) is theoretical. If he could just pick the people to be friends with, they all would be female, but obviously he can't so he doesn't mind males. Bear in mind that he used to hang around with Joshua Martinez, for example.
 
Is the the guy in the potion video? If I met Chris I'd try and talk him into doing more weird shit like that video.

I was kidding, he's not William as far as I know.
 
As I recall, William is a rowdy tomboy named suchin who was looking for a tomgirl. Chris missed his chance at a girlfriend when he refused her as a troll.
 
He is an agent of the Greene County School Board dispatched to ensure CWC remains stable and Butta Face Lopez doesn't do dumb crap.
