A thought provoking question though I suspect you are asking it to justify your prejudice.

Normally people hate those they believe are immediate competition or threats. Romanians hate Gypsies, English hate Travellers, Kenyans hate Somalis etc. But due to American cultural hegemony shoving Black people in everyone's faces, people are forced to have an opinion on us, a bad one tainted by resentment and generalisation. It doesn't help that bad non-Black elements signal boost "Thug culture", leaving everyone blind to the real lived lives of the global Black diaspora.

I'm not saying non-Black students at a failing Black-majority school are wrong to resent their disruptive and racially-excluding classmates, but most people have bigger problems in their lives than loud Chocolatefaces.
