No matter how friendly you are, no matter how knowledgeable you might be regarding gaming history or the lore of some gaming franchise, etc the moment you refuse to want to have any association with people that think anal sex is something totally normal
( aka you refuse to worship the rainbow troons ) that's it automatic perma ban, no justification, no open dialogue no nothing.

Why are these people like this, and who gave them the power to rule over normal gamers ? It seems like every

But "leftiod" covers many different camps. A large part is they promote victim mentality, so they need to be the biggest victim in the room. We see this in the way they'll eat each other if there's no out group to attack.

HR and executives, via ESG and entryism.

The specifics of each would result in a wall of text. But in short, entryism is getting hired at a place (usually via connections or diversity quotas) and forcing out those who disagree with you, and only hiring those that do. Once you have a majority, you force out the rest. ESG was essentially "free money" for companies that tick boxes like diversity quotas, including woke elements in their games, etc.

The reason we're seeing such a fast turn around now, is the "free money" ran out, and the diversity hires are opening companies up to lawsuits.

People learn from what they are exposed to, and the crabs in a bucket mentality is something they cultivated. Anyone who doesn't want to tolerate it or can't keep up gets purged by the people who got good at it. The end result is the left are a bunch of accepting thralls corralled by sheep dogs. The key thing is that many of them are well practiced and motivated to be so controlling.

It is easier to join a community than make one, and they already got the groomed tyrants, so you end up with people invading other's communities and naturally taking it over. Politics is essentially a few leaders using many more people to control the rest of the population. By cultivating people who do it on their own they deprive competition of community and isolate people who would otherwise band together to offer resistance.
