Fame changes people, but also internet personalities don't have wranglers like normal celebrities. Don't fool yourself, all famous people are freaks in one way or another. Some just have more protection than others.

Pretty much. They're just bargain basement versions of genuinely rich and famous celebs so they tend to be roughly as fucked up without any of the insulation afforded by wealth and status.
