Why are so many people on here doomers?

How you deal with the fact that your parents are likely a decade or less from dying?

Now that's true doomer territory, real dread, knowing time really is up must be a terrible feeling.

You can get a student loan at 30. There isn't an age limit.

I'm doing pretty good. It's everyone else's fault that they wasted their lives and didn't git gud. Fuck Biden, Trump, the stupid varus, and everything else. I've been making bank over the last two years. I've had plenty of upsets, but I just give them hell back. And Anime. Anime is God's blessing on this wonderful world.

Doomers tend to be just young men without kids or a stable long-term relationship yet.

It's the shittiest part about being on the Internet in any space, you have to share it with unironic losers who I wouldn't be caught dead with IRL... or children.

I just ignore doomers/animeweebs/heroboos/tankies etc and write them off as children or lost adults.

Think IRL AFPAC meetups, sudder and then laugh at the lolcow doing lolcow things.

Oh and like @Jimmy Olsen said, its a universial thing, its pretty much the teenage idea of "I dont care about anything and everything is trash". You cant be bullied or made fun off if you dont care, its all shit and

That really does sound horrifying. I do think though if this will continue to be seen as less taboo or something (not a good thing though) with the way things are in society with people marrying later in life, more people having "failure to launch," an economy that isn't great and all of these other issues. I suppose that someone in that situation wouldn't be in too bad of shape if they've got a decent inheritance heading their way if they're competent otherwise (at least not an idiot, can cook for themselves, not go crazy with spending, etc.) Not much of a life, however.

Too many politispergs and angry bigots who want to blame all their life failures on another race, country, political party or anything else that keeps them looking in the mirror. They'll stay that way well into their 40's where they have no education or marketable skills in the job market because they spent all their time on the internet living in their mom's basement acting like their screaming into an echo chamber is going to start a revolution someday and make everything better.

If they manage to get through life without freaking out and killing a bunch of people/themselves or becoming a sex offender they'll be that old guy who lives alone with no family or friends trying to get attention from others by saying outlandish things.
