Why are so many recent 2024 banned users pedos?

WTF is going on? Why are the banned 2024 users all pedos?

After Null implemented the red strikethrough for banned accounts, banned accounts and their behaviour have become more noticeable.

There was a mod who did an edit in the Pedophilia Debate Thread a while back that "Pedophiles are People Too"

MOD EDIT: DO NOT GET MAD IN THIS THREAD. THIS IS FOR DISCUSSION AND DEBATE OVER PEDOPHILIA. A-LOGGING PEOPLE MAKES YOU LOOK BAD AND SOUND CRINGY. PEDOPHILES ARE PEOPLE, TOO, THEREFORE THE RULE APPLIES HERE AS WELL. GETTING MAD, A-LOGGING OR ANYTHING OF THE SORT MAY WARRANT WARNING POINTS.

I thought it was something written by the original poster, but it legitimately is a mod edit.

I wanted to call out said mod, but the logs were wiped. Can't say why or how. I don't remember who was the moderator for this board in 2019, but if I could guess, it was probably a mod who deleted their account or got banned themselves. If I remember correctly, there's been three who meet that criteria.

If it's a joke, I'm not laughing. I've amended the red text in the first post. If the moderator who made the edit takes umbrage over this, they're free to out themselves for everyone.

I often see accounts who have red strikethroughs make insanely disturbing posts.

@Sneed S. McSneedensen is a red strike through but he was banned for being @AnimeSucksCopeAndSneed, no?
Or am I missing something?
