Same for the Wii U. While it was much more functional than the 3ds browser it wasn't great.

I think that's why the Switch is sans browser.

Yep, the only time I ever used it was for like, Eshop transactions. Aside from the low speed the other issue for me was that the touch keyboard didn't work very will. Typing a few search words using my keyboard takes about 5 seconds, typing those same words on the 3DS touch keyboard would take about a full minute.

The DSi browser and that internet browser cartridge for the original DS were probably not any better. Only Nintendo system that had an okay internet browser was the Wii. It was better than the barely functioning PS3 browser.

Also, the 3DS is legitimately one of the best systems you can own. The library of games is huge.
