Apparently it's supposed to remind us of the struggled faced by POC LGBTQRSTUV's. But skin color is not a sexual preference and they only have two shades of skin colors in the new flag anyway. So I'm surprised no one has complained that it doesn't represent enough POC skin tones. I've seen the autism in gaming. It's why there's four bajillion shades on brown in The Sims. I feel like sooner or later it will become a problem. Same with no Asian or Native American skin colors as the red and yellow of the rainbow is too cartoony to not end up being offensive.
