Like I said, I have heard that the endgame of tyranny is a soy hive of cybernetic "NPCs", who a not Borg-like upper class lords over with absolute power. I've also heard such an upper class could be augmented with medical treatment to be as close to biologically immortal as possible. Such an augmented upper class could then live it up like "gods on Mount Olympus", while a cybernetic collective of "little people" "live" as miserable serfs. Free will could become an upper class "privilege" if that happened.

like, think about it. you don't amass such extreme wealth unless you have a lot of ambition. but once you have all the money, what else is there to do, where else are you going to direct your ambition?
you either end up like elon, pouring all your resources and time and energy into autistic technology pursuits like starlink, spacex and neuralink.
or you end up like most other billionaires and use your wealth to pursue political power, to advance whatever ideology you subscribe to.

The reality is most Uber tier wealthy people like Gates and Musk are either borderline fucking autistic retards or they're like Nancy Pelosi and Michael Bloomberg where, not unlike us farmers, they detest how stupid the average is/seems to them and are willing to force their will on the public because they think the public doesn't know what's good for them. Or they're just flat out greedy. Thomas Sowell put it best honestly. The elites will always gravitate towards tyranny because they see the world in macroscale vision and as only experts or intellectuals in maybe one or two fields, don't comprehend (and don't care) about consequences or ramifications of their actions.
