Why do cops keep failing the auditor "tests"?

I know cops are naturally pig headed but it is insane to me how many videos these auditors can make and how many times the cops fail the basic requirements of the law.

That doesn't happen. They arrest sovcits for being unreasonable shitheads who think gish-galloping pseudolaw means they can get out of a speeding ticket or drive drunk.

Frauditors want all the protection of the law without obeying it. They understand it about as well as Cyraxx or Andrew Ditch.

I'm not talking about the sovcit nonsense about articles of confederation or whatever, i'm talking about actual reasonable requests such as RAS (reasonable articulated suspicion of a crime ) and being allowed to film in public areas. This is being a nonce but it's perfectly legal, and it makes the cops look really dumb.

A lot of cops know better than to fall for the camera guy's bait so they just ignore them. It's the cops who chimp out that generate clicks, hence the negative stigma.

You should still know your rights, though. Don't trust the cops. They're not your friends and they will lie to you to get what they want.

A lot of them either just don't understand the law, or they do and are hoping that you don't and they can strongarm you into compliance. This is why it's so important to understand your rights and exercise them responsibly. If a cop does something that violates your rights your recourse is not to argue with them and resist arrest, you fight it in court.

That's just a flat out misunderstanding, a police officer does not have to articulate to a suspect what their suspicion or probable cause is. It is only in the courts where and police reports were they must explain that.

I enjoy rooting for auditors, but on a long enough timeline, each and every one of them displays their spergtacular humanity, and I end up considering them as a lolcow or clown of sorts.

I'll even catch locals in my area upsetting boomers by filming in a post office.

One auditor I knew, was such a regular nuisance to police, he was able to get an officer fired but he had to suffer a lot of abuse and court hearings to gain any notion of justice. He had to wake up and try to get arrested almost everyday for years, and in the end all he earned for his effort is infamy for all the wrong reasons and wasted time.

The only two I still follow are Amagansett Press because I like the way they speak, and Human_wildlife_project because I enjoy his dedication to acting mute.

Why do cops fail? They're human. I stopped imagining they're robots a long time ago. Poor training and insufficient supervision happens as often as not. Expecting a 0% failure rate as if you're always dealing with Chief Officer Christ may be unrealistic.

I watch a lot of police bodycam videos and some audit videos (the best auditor is Too Apree).

I think it has to do with the fact that police have it in their head that there's a hard and fast rule that if the owner of an establishment is asking someone to leave, the person has to leave.

I think they get confused when a complainant starts giving off the impression that they own the property when they don't.

Um... they do?

It's their property. If you're not welcome there, then you have to fuck off, or it's trespassing.

Yeah, that's exactly what I'm talking about. That's the rule.

It gets complicated when the person is filming private property from a public area, or if the person complaining is an employee of a post office/library/probation office or wherever.

They don't post the videos of the cops being reasonable.

There's a reason why it's normal for cops in these videos to recognize the guy filming. What gets posted online is always the finale to some kind of "I'm not touching you!" harassment campaign where the victim is an entire community.
