Why Do I peepee when When I PooPoo

I like to think its because my shit is so fat and powerful that it has some kind of over pressure that forces the bladder to release even though that's not how human anatomy works.

Fun fact- if you drink a lot of pee of someone who is high (on rec drugs or medication), you can ingest the drugs too which may have an effect on you.
