It, like faggot, describes certain behaviors perfectly. A nigger isn't just a word to mean idiot, it's a word that describes anti-social behaviors undertaken to get cultural clout in their communities. It's why Boondocks uses the word so freely and the beginning of wisdom is to call things by their proper names.
