Why do people hate Anna?

One thing that is my biggest dislike about her, is that when Chris retards about something so stupid that even she can't commend, she is silent. Sometimes for weeks. That really bothers me, like rather than suggesting otherwise, she is a no-show.

I'm probably coming from a totally different direction, than most of the other folks here. I like, absolve, and dislike Anna for various reasons.

I like Anna because she's such a terrible influence on Chris. I'm not here to see Chris redeem himself. I think he's irredeemable. Should he do so, then it proves miracles can happen, but no person in their right mind would bet the farm on that. I like that Anna's life is also a hilarious train wreck, like Chris, and I will thoroughly enjoy her inevitable self-destruction.

Unlike many people, I don't think she has any responsibility to help Chris. She's either a terrible influence on Chris so she can hurt him, or because she's too stupid to understand she's hurting Chris. Either way, she is what she is.

However... I dislike Anna because she's such a worthless human being - which she's given the right to be - BUT she will say and do things as if she were hot shit. Anna isn't hot shit compared to me. I could tear her in half in a fight, I have IRAs probably bigger than her total income over five lifetimes, and I actually look like a woman (not content to look like hipster Ron Howard with ironic boobs). Anna isn't hot shit compared to an average US woman, because she couldn't make the average annual income of $32,000 in a whole decade, and/or maintain a family and home. Based on what details that have been leaked, she wasn't thrust in to failure by her family or unfortunate circumstances. Seems to me she's a failure, because she's an irresponsible womanbaby. Ladybaby? Whatever, you know what I mean, and I ain't got no pity to spare for shit like her, or Chris.

Now, I'll be fair here. I'm basing this on what little leaked information we have. I could be off base here, and my impression could change as more details are revealed. But this is where we are, at this very moment, given what knowledge we have at hand.

I will agree with you on the fact that she has no responsibility to actually help Chris. In reality, only Chris can help Chris. However, and maybe this is just me personally, I don't like it when someone is being the worst influence on bad behavior. We really truly don't know if Chris is completely irredeemable Simply do the fact that he's never truly had professional help. Granted his parents are to blame for that and also to blame for his overinflated ego. Maybe I just don't like someone who is an enabler much like a druggie will enable someone else to keep up their drug habits in the sense.

Also again, I don't like it when she brings other people into this toxicity, especially when they don't know the level of toxicity that they're entering
 
Anna has [a likely overstated amount of] influence over Chris and she misuses it by frequently egging him on or encouraging his bad behavior, so she arguably bears some small amount of moral culpability for his current pathetic state. But realistically speaking, if he had never met her, would he be better off in any way? It's very, very doubtful. He's spent his entire adult life making stupid decisions. That's not on Anna or even entirely on Barb and Bob. Chris is Chris. He's dumb, shortsighted, self-centered to the point of clinical narcissism, and completely lacking in common sense. Until the day they throw him in a padded cell, he'll be a danger to himself and others. The few remaining people in his life are just bit actors in the Chris Show. Removing them wouldn't change the script much.
 
After seeing how long my post was, I'd also like to clarify that my feelings about Anna aren't very intense, because of how irrelevant she is. I'm just a very verbose with English. *SIGH*

I believe everything I said, but these points have crossed my mind maybe just a few times, during the rare times Anna has been covered in depth on the forum. 362 days out of the year, I have the same amount of contempt for her, as I do with most people.
 
I love anna and want her to have my fake babies. :julay:
