African immigrants (minus Somalis) typically speak normal English just with a heavy accent so it sometimes is a bit hard to follow, but they speak grammatically correct English. With blacks, they don't value education hence the shit English. In fact, you can tell how educated a black person is by how grammatically correct their English is. Also, lmaoing at Street nugga.
