Notice that last section in the previous sentence. Despite it not being grammatically correct, you can understand it. But it probably conjures up a certain tone. You can envision the kind of person that says it.

It’s all about presentation. Most urban cultures will have this kind of short, broken language. I presume it has something to do with the speed of city life requiring people to talk quickly and to the point. Urban life is tough and so people will emulate that speech in order to give the impression that they are tough. Given enough time, that repetition becomes a habit and then then norm.

1. Cultural surroundings. When someone is surrounded by people speaking the similar dialect, the person usually follows and talks like their surrounding peers. This isn’t limited to 1 race, this is anywhere around the world.

I had a black teacher in school who'd relentlessly mock her black students "You don't axe me nuffin, you ask me a question". She was cool but fruitlessly tried so hard to be a good example for the lil nigglets.

A family member fostered some mixed race children, and it took everything she had to stop them speaking in AAVE.
We could barely understand them when she first took them in, it took nearly a year to get them to speak proper English.

I thought it was pretty clear (given I was talking about a British news site) that I was talking about their English illiteracy.

But, anyway, "Pidgin for buisiness" is just cope. People at buisness meetings either have, at least, basic understanding of common language they share, or have a translator so there's no mistake on what exactly they are agreeing on.

Basically it's a lower class register of English that originated in the Southern vernacular among common people in the antebellum era. Most black people were working-class at best during the Great Migrations and it stuck once they were concentrated in the ghettos as the industry they sought left the cities. AAVE is remarkably consistent across every city because they all arrived there at the same time and never left.
