Feedback Why do tildes display as dashes?

It's back because I moved the custom font OwO had made in favor of Google APIs again. I'm debating what to do about it. I've legit tried to get in touch with Google's font maintainers but even the guy who made the font and his font studio appear to have dropped off the face of the fucking planet again.
